Robert Sherrow Me too Robert! This group has made all the difference! I don't have to be on my guard and can just be me at those meetings. I had spent so many years living a selfish lie that these are the first moments of a new life! I am going to continue the one day at a time approach. I find myself so excited each day to attend these meetings. I never would of thought I would ever say that either! God Bess you my friend!

By the way I use to feel the same way! That's what happens at AA meetings, something deep and spiritual happens to everybody in the room, you can feel it! Nobody knows how or why but you can feel it! You can sense it and it feels good! God Bless bro!
