The starbursts have meaning, green for Jason is the woods and the green of the lake, Red for Freddy because of his sweater and his burns, orange for Michael for Halloween, Black for Ghost Face because of the black costume and yellow for Leatherface for the yellow rose of Texas. It was on purpose.
