RIP, David, 3/3/2023. At 1 gig I attended, David told the story abouthe man who wrote this song and his sadistic ex girlfriend that he dedicated it to. David said it "I always wanted to know what she looked like, but he never would tell me" .
I've seen David over 20 times,and I have to say the best performance I've personally seen was at McCabes in Nov. 1986. Probably because he got the sound right in a small concert room.
