I really wish Lumine and Aether were both playable characters from the beginning. It sucks that one had to disappear. At the same time, there won't be a plot without it happening.
There could have still been a plot without one disappearing just have to adjust the story a bit for it to work.
If they move to another world, they'll probably be together for that... idk I heard somewhere that would happen??
I doubt mihoyo will give the twins a happy ending, but that's alright.
@@Goldberry1303 yeah, I've yet to play honkai, but I guess that just comes in storytelling. It's difficult to make a good story without sad/emotional parts. I have high hopes for the story, regardless of how much it makes me cry.

one of the greatest mysteries of the genshin impact is the origin of the travelers I hope that one day we will know its origin or perhaps it is one of those secrets that should not be discovered

Aether: (nods and takes hold of his sister's hand) C'mon sister...let's go home now.

(And the two walked towards Monstadt while shooting stars crossed the night sky lit with stars....)
I'm just imagining that the twin you play as isn't actually talking during the whole cut scene, you just pick the dialog when the others actually speak

What Aether says about helping each other when they mess up and about that being what family is for reminds me of Childe in his story quest when he talks about family. It is now my headcanon that this is what the traveler was thinking of when Childe was talking about that.

one of my friends has lumine’s hairstyle and they rock it really well.
they’ve dyed it pink, brown, brown with blonde highlights and still rock it-
i honestly want that hairstyle too now lol.

And then when they lost each-other they never redo’d their hair to remember eachother when they got separated like if you choose aether you wouldn’t ever untie your braid because Lumine made that for you and you two got separated and your hair is what you have last so you never untie it. if you choose Lumine, she’d always cut her hair when it grows so it’ll always be the same when she did it so she won’t ever forget Aether.

now that i think about it the traveller outright rejected ayaka's offer to wear inazuman clothes cuz their old clothes are special for them. probably the same for their hairstyle too so they won't ever try to change their look

As soon as I saw the hair being cut, I knew where this was going, I knew Aether could cut his to try and match his sad sisters hair, to a degree; a very nice dub comic. I also love on the last portion of the comic tries to do it in a comedic anime scene, where they try to make it look all silly and colorless to add to Lumine's funny dialog about how Aether's hair now looks worse than hers.
And it hasn’t grown back since

This is too precious and cute but sad. So cute. I love this. This hurts of the latest story quest but I also hope they will be reunited and have a better end to their story. It sucks that their separated and on different sides of everything. Ugh this story hits me in the feels but I love it.
