I made a drying rack from the sides of my old crib. The shelves are made of old rabbit cage sides and some wooden slats someone gave my Dad.
That's a fantastic idea!
I loved the idea of tags for ceramics projects. I think I will have my students design and laminate tags at the start of the Semester. One idea for organizing things that break in the kiln - I have a "bowl of second chances." Students can decide to put a busted piece into the bowl. Anybody can go to the bowl, take pieces out, and use them for jewelry, sculptures, mosaics, and other art.
