I don't care what color they have, i just want the babies and momma's to come thru everything and be great and healthy!!!! Of course I would love for them both to have fillies for Katie, and the more color the better, but safe and healthy deliveries is the TOP priority!!!! The way you talk when you’re describing the animals the babies it’s so cute. It makes my heart happy to feel the fondness in your voice. It makes me smile and I’ve noticed the last few months I’ve been talking to my dog that way lol. Sometimes my family will look at me and I think they wonder but they don’t say anything.😂

Regina is so lovely, and chill, (for the most part anyway). Dolly’s baby, if a Jack, should be named Hershey since she looks like a Hershey’s kiss. Squirtle is Speedy Gonzalez in disguise-he’s thinking if he goes real fast, you won’t take his giblets. Miniature racehorse, perhaps ? Both my mules were born earlier than expected. Mia only cooked for 320 days Twister made it 325. Neither dam developed much of an udder or milk until after they foaled. They only clue was their bellies evened out instead of being bulging out on one side. Once they evened out both foaled within a few hours.

Katie I have been using Heiro for my laminitic mare who had thin sole issues and it's worked fabulous... just wanted to share that with you. I know Dolly doesn't have those issues, but I think it may help her. And it's safe for pregnant mares [I would think jennies too] I just love Dolly she's adorable :)

Are you thinking of starting a breeding program for the mini horses or just have babies for fun? Also when you first built the mini barn you talked about adding a hay "bag" for the mini horses. I noticed you are still putting their hay/alfalfa directly on the shavings. Did your plans change for putting up the hay?
