How important is a build up defender in 2.4.0, I know a lot of skill's but since 3 days I lost to much games. I play with 3 defender's and one Lb everyone got blocker or man marking, I belive the speed is important.
For me acceleration is more important than speed, because you want to win the first few meters when challenging your opponent to chase the ball. Depends on your playing style if build up defender is good for you or not

Each time I get the ball, I get rushed by the opposition and can't maintain possession. Opposite directions indeed when facing left side. Move the right stick and then release it followed by quickly moving left stick
