- Today, I want to look at the same transit again, but from a different angle. I've been brainstorming about the development of this transit, especially since Uranus and Mars are coming together less than a degree from my ascendant. With the transit being so palpable for me, I thought it would be worthwhile to continue exploring it, as it's one of the biggest transits of the summer and crucial for us to develop our understanding as it progresses.

Mars/Uranus feels like that moment Prometheus was freed from his chains. He went from feet on the ground and bound to a cycle of suffering, death, and rebirth to being airborne, carrying with him the hard-won light of wisdom. And it became about not so much what he'd been freed from, but what he'd been freed for. In 1983 I had Uranus conjunct Jupiter cross the natal Mars/Ascendant in Sagittarius, with Jupiter in Taurus in the sixth house. It changed my life. I didn't integrate the experience all at once. Shift happens. Just because you're aware of a change doesn't mean you immediately understand all its implications, even though they might be profound. There's only one way through these momentous shifts, be it through a lightning strike or new awareness--trust the process. Once again Uranus, Mars and Jupiter are shaking my world--the Uranus/Jupiter conjunction was exact on my Jupiter return. It's a heart-quake. 🥰

Mars/ Uranus in Taurus.
I’ve been wanting to leave a toxic work environment for 4 years. I’m single, no family to help me out. Living in a country with a 30 percent unemployment rate.
Mars in my tenth house was directly opposite my natal Venus and Sun this week, when the final straw broke the camels back and I have resigned. My breaking point had been reached. Nothing to hold onto right now. I cannot pay rent and will probably have to let go of my flat, but I could not take one single day in the toxic work place anymore. Phew.

I was forced to change job last month and got a new job with poor work-life balance and toxic co workers........ Again I had to quit....... No idea what the future holds....It might also related to jupiter transiting 11th house of communities (my natal nars also in 11th house)......

Always love the reminder that the cultivation of ‘peace’ is ever-changing; peace is not a static state, but a dynamic process that requires constant adaptability. As a Taurus rising w Mars tightly opposed my DSC, I constantly feel torn between these things: wanting to keep the peace + be liked, but also constantly being made aware that authentic peace, esp for the masses, sometimes requires temporary upheaval and painful separations. I watched a talk from another astrologer talking about leaning into the 2nd house for resourcing (metaphorically + literally), + I find it funny that we Taurus risings have Gemini in our 2nd! It’s like a cosmic reminder that being able to discern *when* it’s good to be flexible/adaptable/open to change (Gemini) is a skill we esp need as fixed, Venusian earth risings, because it can help us better accept that things in our lives will always be changing, whether we like it or not! When Uranus passed my asc in ‘22, I was blindsided w a breakup after moving into a house my fiancé bought 5 mos prior. I thought I finally had a forever-home in him and that house, which I especially desired as a person who had a disruptive childhood home, but 2 yrs later, I see it as a gift. Bitter medicine, but medicine nonetheless. Not easy for Taurus, but you nailed it-maintaining status quo can *look* like peace when it’s really just passivity or avoidance of conflict/change.
A pivotal moment is coming as Mars conjuncts Uranus
With the exception of the most hardheaded among us, the breeze from the winds of change are felt vividly, as a pivotal moment is approaching with the conjunction of Uranus and Mars in Taurus on July 15th 2024. Something must - and are - changing on a profound level. And it can be experienced as anything from challenging, lovely, horrible or exciting depending on which aspect of the birth process you tap into.
It feels like a cauldron. With the intensity of a birth: An amazing vehicle of expression have for a long time been forged for the divine to inhabit. One could also say: For the conscious human being to inhabit.
The task at hand is to feel inside instead of relying on consensus, to sense rather than let intellect rule, to trust the bodily intelligence in contrast to allowing an external matrix of thought to animate it. Heart rather than head.
No matter the level of your physical strength and ability, there is a complete trust and feeling of "being held", when the presence of the heart is acknowledged as the leading guide. As they have always been, the stars are our guides, and since April 20th where Jupiter and Uranus held the same position in the sky, we have sensed and experienced the tale being woven of which we are an intrinsic part. There can be themes in your life where you know you need to change, but there is a resistance to change or the blind eye is turned towards it: If we have taken the bull by the horns then it will help us in the weeks to come, and if not it will drag us along with our nails scratching the dirt. Like a seed will change its form at some point, it is coming. Like a child will be born when it is time, it is coming.
Here we are referring to the force of nature showing itself through us. Or sweeping us aside. If there is an inner tendency to cling to certain convictions and keep a status quo that once served us, it can be experienced as a painful and tough time or as if one is going insane. Insanity, as a force dragging us away from the senses and the present moment, have been here for a long time, and seen from inside the bubble an illusion that a certain behaviour is "healthy", "necessary" or "normal" can be maintained for a while. However, eventually everything will come to pass. Which is quite a blessing.

That's an interesting perspective. I do think the fact that this conjunction is part of a grand earth trine and a kite pattern when the moon opposes it also contributes to the support and harmony.

Haven't we had this area of the sky lit up numerous times..? to do with the Jupiter Uranus conjunction and various squares(last year, maybe, I forget)...? My natal Venus is at 21 Taurus, square Uranus in the second house... so have been aware of those Venus Uranus squares... this will then be Uranus and Mars (loosely) conjunct my Venus, square Uranus...a very good warning, thank you...
Jan 20 2021 but that conjunct the nodes. Then Aug 1, 2022 was the last one.

I understand that Adam has this conjunct his ascendent and mars/uranus is intense. However, It makes a kite pattern when the moon opposes so it's really pretty harmonious with the rest of the planets and part of a grand water trine. Of course, that's after in makes a T-square with Venus then mercury. So yes- some relational intensity and disruption but it looks pretty healing and redemptive from my perspective. Although, I have mars in Taurus natally ( early degrees) much of my chart is very scorpionic and I've got a Uranus/mercury conjunction

For me, transiting mercury isn’t exactly in great shape so, what WAS fun related to Uranus, has been flat. I’ve been very slowly doing reading material where I’m all “I now know I’m not going to retain info well, so slow it all down”. I think yesterday I did a mix up of solstice and equinox which furthers the point 😆. Also, fire elementals qualify as spirits in some context. There are a lot of details that can get confusing if it isn’t detailed, I’m not feeling details lately. Sometimes, depends.
Someone sent me a clip of someone defending Terence Howard saying 1x1=2 and I only said that’s now logic can create fallacy through confusion. A topic did come up in courses that not all Greek translations were translated and many words were conflated in the 1900’s, there’s a point to that. But 0 and 1 are not multiples. If I have 1 bottle of water, it isn’t multiplied but there is 1, not 0.
In a minor defense: With the full moon in Capricorn in my 5th with natal Saturn in 1st with Saturn transiting the 7th, those self and other topics may come up. So you have 1-1 as one interpretation. Oppositions, and reconciling opposites, create the geometry of the vesica pisces which adds up to 1+1=3. Part of that geometry is that 2 opposite polarities uniting creates a 3rd, also. But you’d point out the 3 relates to the 5th house and the 5th house from 7th is the 11th. Now we are at 1+1=4. But it’s actually 2+2=4 as you’re now with 4 houses. I’d also point out that esoteric Christianity is almost identical to esoteric Buddhism so you’re actually looking at houses 1, 5, and 9 as the trines as of ascendant and descendant (tantric is also in esoteric Christianity) so you end up with a sum of 6 houses. 11th house is others 5th and the 3rd is the others 9th house. So 1+1=6, but that’s geometry. 1+1=2. The defense was using geometric symbols from Greece. I could get going on something like Saturn also ruling my 6th but I’m already bored myself.
I’ve actually enjoyed the Uranus transit, I could get into topics like the zodiac signs actually being on the earth as the earths crust.. (this was the context of Greek words).
This may be a Saturn in Pisces signification and this came up in courses related to math that Howard may be trying to say… music is a more interesting form of mathematics so I’ll go with that. A big part of the appeal of 90’s music was that popular mainstream music reached a point where it was complicated and flashy, yet, had absolutely no substance. A complex 20 minute guitar solo with fire balls being shot around, a singer hanging from the rafters like a bozo and a spinning drum kit, you forget the songs are bad and have no value. Then “grunge” took off. 3 chords, can’t understand a word but.. thats exactly what’s said about modern mathematics and (sacred) geometry is the actual mathematics and it’s as simple as song playing only 3 chords. Modern mathematics is like KISS in the 70’s where you completely miss they never had a single semi decent song.

I believe that the attitude of the observer is an influence on the outcome. Negative predictions and fixed star astrology should be left in the past. Unless you enjoy being a ghoul. The astrology and tarot of the future needs to be relentlessly positive. Listening to negative predictions helps bring negative outcomes into being. Who needs it? Astrology and Tarot symbols are multi layered. It is a discipline and a necessity to find the most constructive and healing interpretation in every reading. Otherwise all you are doing is fear mongering and promoting negative outcomes in other peoples lives as well as your own. I know of one astrologer/ tarot reader on you tube who uses this approach. I've had a great Mars Uranus conjunction so far.I decided to press on with 2 major Venus related projects despite all the door and gloom, though it did cross my mind to cancel. I will use the astrological lore to help if anything goes wrong as I usually do. There is signs of a new left wing party being seeded in the UK and I have been excited for that. The elections have been so stagnant so long. There needs to be a way out of the polit ical stagnation I the UK.

Saturn is currently transiting the natal 8th opposing natal Saturn, Moon, and NN. So Mars Uranus is the tenth house. Mars rules my 4th and 9th. If anyone else gets sick in my family. I just can't. I planned a minor surgery for 16th, I am having 7 implants inserted. Hope this would be okay, never had impants and its one of the best surgeons in London, Prof. Mehl, Im agoing to have Midazolam with Morpheine as sedation in addition to anasthesia and painkillers for the aftermath. He said I would be heavily bruised and look like a football for about 10 days. Considering the fact that Uranus is involved, and Im am Aqua Sun 14 degree, should I be worried? My natal Mars is on the DS in Cancer and Uranus in Scorpio 16 (kind of squaring the Sun and Venus). I probably need another horary question asked....

The good thing is that there’s a prior history of just Mars in Taurus square
your natal Jupiter in Leo. I’d look up the Astro-Seek “Personal Transit
Calendar” and look for the last time this happened in 2021 and approximately
every 2 years prior. Then you just have to account for Uranus in the mix
bringing the themes that Adam has mentioned.

Horary is interesting but I asked 2 different astrologers the same question on different times( they say don’t but I was curious) and got different answers so I just stick to the transits and what I can control
