Hey KC, I agree with Kit that instead of just doing a challenge for a short-term goal, just incorporate it into your everyday living. That's what I've been doing for a year strong. I took salt, sugar, regular bread, rice, white potatoes, and fats out of my diet. I use olive oil and if I use butter it's only a teaspoon. I can have a tablespoon during the day, but refuse to use that much ❤❤.
My biggest problem is late night snacks , not exercising , I started eating a lot of bread and ice cream again. When I stick to seafood and fruit everything is good 👍🏾 😂❤️‼️
