    Fantastic review, well done! I'm buying one

    I recommend! I'm a person w. a physical impairment, & w. COVID meaning that my local shopping centre had removed all the rest islands I rely on to get through doing my shopping, it only took one very public collapse for me to realise I needed a new plan. I got one of these, clipped it on to the strap of my satchel with a small carabiner, & now I have a seat whenever I need one! It's especially great in queues. ❤❤❤

      Great thinking, Mystery LovesCompany, it must be difficult for you with all your regular rest spots being removed. I'm glad you've found some comfort in the Helinox chair. ~ Ben

      @@SnowysOutdoors yeah, thanks, Ben, it's been even more of a trial for us folk who need those amenities than it is for everyone in general, & I know that's saying a lot. Though the uptick in stores offering delivery in response to the situation has been a real boon for us, too, so I guess it sort of balances out.
      (Also, quick free delivery from Snowys has certainly made _my_ confinement a lot more enjoyable [...er, if not especially frugal], and given me things to look forward to; roll on the return of camping season! 😍😍😍)

    Just had this delivered today as I’m planning to use it for Moto camping. Pretty brilliant design. A bit pricey but still pretty happy with it!

    Wow the photos on the helinox site really made it look a lot smaller when stored. Still for a decent supported chair it's pretty compact.

    Just ordered one. they're super cheap now thanks to the Chair Zero. I'm traveling by bike, so the little extra weight is ok. I've wanted one for several years and prices are right.

      The last one can be firm, especially when new. It needs to be though in order to keep the sling in place. ~ Ben

    What's different about this one to the cheap Aldi knock off please? Does it have stronger cups on the sling where the poles go in?

    • @SnowysOutdoors
      @SnowysOutdoors  Před 3 lety +1

      I'm not familiar with the Aldi chair sorry, Paul, but it's likely that it's not made to the same spec. I can't say this for sure though. ~ Ben

      I'm not sure what you mean by 'model 0' sorry, Muhammad, but you can safely assume that all the Helinox chairs are just as durable as each other. ~ Ben

      The Chair One is stronger than the Chair Zero holds you a little bit higher off the ground too.

    • @SnowysOutdoors
      @SnowysOutdoors  Před rokem +1

      Given the size they pack down to, I think they are relaxing. You can't kick back quite like you can is a massive camp chair, but there needs to be some trade offs. ~ Ben

    I just bought one and I CANNOT get the pole into the last socket. SSOOO disappointing!

    • @SnowysOutdoors
      @SnowysOutdoors  Před 2 lety +1

      That is disappointing @Anne Denton, it can require abit of effort, but I would have bet my bottom dollar that anyone could do it. Is there anyone else that could give it a go for you? Might just be a matter of the first few times whilst everything stretches out.

    Hi, have you ever tried to stick in at top first and after that stick in the bottem, will be much easier and you don´t need a workout for your muscles ;-) !!! Regards Rob

    • @SnowysOutdoors
      @SnowysOutdoors  Před 3 lety

      There's not much difference, Rob, the tension is the same no matter which way round you do it. Your method is relevant to the larger camp chairs in the Helinox range though, as the pole sleeves in the chair back are longer and need to be placed before the bottom ones.
