The conversation that Mac and Harm had about her diagnosis of endometriosis was very telling. Harm could not have a frame of reference about this, it is strictly a female condition and one that is serious enough to render her infertile for child birth. Despite surgery she is in alot of physical pain and emotional uncertainty. I like the idea that she has confided something so personal and private to Harm. He is going to have to be very patient with her, and let her come to him . Mac is trusting him, which for her is huge . I hope he doesn't blow it, and will be there for her.
Exactly, it is very complex disorder to treat . Very painful, and even with surgery the chances of a woman conceiving and taking a pregnancy to full term without complications are reduced.

The writers messed around too much with Harm and Mac's relationship. They should have ended up together.
They did in the end but in the NCIS follow ups…we find out it didn’t work
