- This video is the most powerful Starseed Activation Meditation for Activating Your DNA and Lightcodes for 2019. Listen to this meditation for 21 days and you will awaken to more of who you are and understand your mission as a Starseed.
This meditation will change your life. If you listen to this meditation for the next 21 days, you will activate your light coats and more of your DNA so that you can carry out your mission on earth. Make yourself comfortable either by sitting down on the floor or laying down on your back and begin to relax more and more. With every breath you take, you can feel your body loosen up more and more, become more and more relaxed, more and more present to the moment I take a deep breath in and let it out. Feel your worries drift away out of your body and imagine that any energy inside of your body that is stale or stagnant is able to leave through the heels of your feet. Put the awareness on the heels of your feet and imagine any energy that does not serve you, leaving your body. Now I'll put the awareness in your head. Put the awareness on the energy behind your eyes. Feel your eye muscles relax more and more. I'll put the awareness into your cheeks, fuel inside of your jaw, loosening up your job more and more. Relax your tongue, put the awareness into your neck now, your left arm, your left hand relax. Put the awareness in your right arm, your right hand,
feel it, loosen up and relax. Put the awareness in your chest and feel inside of your heart center. She little light vibration there, and imagine that there's a ball of energy inside of your heart. Any color that you like that imagine this ball of energy begins to spin in a clockwise position faster and faster and imagine that the faster it spins, the more you feel this love energy increasing your heart. The faster it spins, the more you feel present to the moment knowing that you about to bring more of your DNA on board, knowing that you're going to activate the light codes inside of your body that bring with it the awareness of who you are as a lightworker. Feel this energy in your heart now, bring the awareness into your abdomen, into your hips. Bring the awareness into your left leg, your left foot, relax your toes, your right lay your right foot. Relax your toe and once again, feel any energy that no longer serves you, going out through the heels of your feet knowing that you are letting go, letting go of what no longer serves. Now, imagine that right now you're in a very relaxing place,
a place in your mind that you can go to anytime you want to relax more and more and imagine that in this relaxing place, but you are right now. There is also an elevator. This elevator you can get into anytime you want to connect to your cosmic self. That larger aspect of you and imagine that this elevator has that of embroidering around it. It has that have symbols on it that represent a very comfortable feeling to you, knowing that you have been here before and at anytime you want. You can come back to this place now. Go ahead and walk up this elevator, this familiar place, and push the button on the side and watched the elevator open. Knowing that you're about to connect to a larger aspect of you. Feel that excitement inside of your heart knowing that this is all meant to happen. Now, knowing that it is time that you awaken to more of who you are, I'll get into this elevator and notice how it feels. Notice what you see. Notice how comfortable it is. No, go ahead and push the button on the side and noticed there is a button.
at the top that is labeled my cosmic self. This is the you that you are going to connect to. That is going to activate the light codes inside of your body, and this is also the you that you connect to with all of your guides and all of the assistance that you get in higher dimensional states of consciousness as well. No, go ahead and push that button that is labeled my cosmic self and as you push the button, you feel the elevator to begin to glide up. Now as it glides, you feel very comfortable. You feel yourself raising.
Go ahead and look down and notice that this elevator is getting higher and higher with you in it and you're looking down and noticing that earth is a period to be further and further away. The higher up you go, the more you feel yourself connect to this deeper part of you, the more you feel a higher vibrational energy inside of your body. I'm going to count down from 10 to one with every number I count. You're going to feel your vibration raise more and more. You're going to feel yourself more and more comfortable knowing that you are connecting to your cosmic self and any emotions that come up you allow...

I did it last night....and it was AMAAAAAAAZZZZZING!!!! It felt sooòo magical....and the point where I'm on the crystal bed n u tell me to leave....i JUST didn't wanted to come back....it felt soo beautiful up there....my guides were saying that I'm beautiful, perfect....n don't need to worry about anything....they also said that I'll be blessed with all the the things that i wished for....will also be materially abundant as a reward for doing this.....they said that they were really proud of the lightwork I'm doing and the efforts that putting into self improvement...and they are really very happy about it......i almost had tears in my eyes.

Holy shit! Like WOW WOW WOW! Hey it's been a year for you, do you have 100% everything you ever wanted in life by now? Want to know before I start because the last thing I did sounded great but wasted 2 years of my life!
From the moment the elevator started to go up; my eyes started to water..., like I knew beforehand that I was going to experience such an amount of love. When I was 4 years old I dreamed that I was being operated by multiple beings... I always told my mom that I dreamed that I was being operated on by God. During that dream I couldn’t really understand what those beings/doctors where saying, but I understood that they were giving me traits and my life path... I know this sounds so weird but I’ve always remembered that dream.
During this meditation when I was lying on this Crystal bed of light; those beings were hovering their hands over me and giving me a tremendous amount of love. They didn’t talk to me, they only used gestures. When I asked them what my purpose was on this planet I saw quick images of this dream I had when I was only 4 and I heard my stepfather yelling at me and my mother and I heard myself crying. It was the cry of a child (me), being so confused because why was I placed in such a dysfunctional family. These divine beings hovered their hands over me and gave me the feeling that it was all okay and that everything that I experienced I didn’t experience alone; they were with me. They told me that they’re always with me and that their love surpasses every bad memory of my childhood.

To me these guided meditations are very personal, so I do not have to explain the detail of the answer that I had received. However I got the feeling or intention that their answer to my question was that I was placed on this earth in a disfunctional family to learn to defend my truth. To stand stronger in a world with often close minded people.
he yolo As for my purpose they showed me images of me helping people on an emotional level, and because of some traumatic experiences that I’ve been through I’m also able to guide others, and to bring them comfort and peace. :)

I feel they are 6th Dimensional beings in charge of activations, also it seems the woman is working with Aaron without him realising it on the surface but she seems to be one of his guides who also works very wide spread with others associated with this meditation. Just FYI this is just me saying it, doesn't mean i am correct but these are the immediate impressions i got right away. Intuitive empaths like myself arent always correct so take it with a grain of salt
I never realized how blocked my heart chakra actually was. It hurt when I began to feel it turn clockwise it took my breath away. As I began my ascent I began to tear up. When I walked into the room I began to cry, so much love from so many who were so excited to see me and I them. Wow!!!!

anybody else feel pulsing energy throughout their body during the last half of the meditation? i'm usually very good at being still and in my mediations fully, but i had to 'discharge' energy from my hands and arms by allowing them to twitch every so often. and my third eye is throbbing. great job aaron, love your meditations!!
Your third eye is overactive you need to balance your chakras and try to use the lower and or higher chakras

Yes! Like the girl said 7mo ago. During meditations it's okay to leave very long moments when we're 'there' so we can fully bask in the feelings. It takes newbies a lokger time to even gather the right feelings... So please don't rush past them! THEN allow us to stay there a little longer. In silence. (with the music) or say gently things like 'You are loved.' and 'You are here.' ya know?

I haven't began the meditation as it's late night but it's just crazy how much energy and how it sweeps over me on my journey learning about being multidimensional and awakening. It feels so overwhelming it makes me cry but I'm not sad it's just a lot for my physical body to take in and it's extremely shocking how emotional the topic makes me everytime I delve into it
I do see my higher self, but it seems like at that moment I was not be able to hear and understand what they said. I just felt a sense of love and immense welcome. When finishing this meditation and coming back into my current dimension, I actually know what they have said to me. I understand that their way of communicating is not through language, but emotion, sensation. They said that they come from different higher dimensions and have already finished their missions on earth. They said that they are always with me sending messages and guidances, but sometimes I don’t believe it. And I’m the one of the next generation coming here in a human body to awaken others. They also said that Aaron is here to channel their messages. Aaron, when I am on that crystal bes, I can feel a deep relaxation, all of my tensions, dark energy, stress out in my belly, my hips, all go away. Thanks for blessing us.
You are the reason why I am doing guided meditation. I never believed in it and never believed it would help me. Regardless how often I was told I needed to do it. The way you work as a guide through the meditation is perfect. I felt the shift in my energy, felt the vibrational energy, the warmth, the feeling of letting go, and I broke down into tears. That was amazing. I was almost one step ahead of you...the room was made of pure gold, clean & shiny. As I was going up there were energy colors slowly moving, like clouds of coffee creamer in a cup surrounding me. When my guides touched me, they brought up pain I felt years ago, when I had 3 bad things happen at once. Tears dropped down from my eyes...but I was not crying...it was releasing. The void of that pain was filled with a warm energy of love and light. I feel filled with love, understanding, illuminating light. My job is to illuminate this light to as many...they only need to look at me, at my eyes to transform their light source to a stronger, more loving one. I do not have to go to them, they will be attracted towards my light.
The best part of all of this is...this morning upon waking I prayed to be filled with God's Holy Spirit. Today is the Super Full Snow Moon....my birthday was 2 days ago, also under the effects of the full moon...Full Moon = Completion
Super Moon = Supreme (God) Energy)

And I found out about where one of these "my special places" is on earth and why I felt so attracted to one spot as now know where that elevator is that was calling when I did not recognize yet, wow, many thanks love and light. When I was 16, I played around with a meditation I came up with 'by myself', where I just connected the chakra's all the way up, all the way down in one breath, and really focussed on feeling the energy within them. Then, as my body felt more and more swolen (like a Michelin mascot) I started seeing my surroundings in 3rd person. Then I saw myself in 3rd person too, sitting there, and that very instant I shot out of my body, sucked into an encompassing vacuum faster than anything I could ever imagine experiencing. Then I noticed a reddish wire or string coming from the top of my skull, past where I was traveling, like a life cord. I panicked, and janked the cord as hard as I could to pull myself back into my body. I was instantly back in my body, heart pumping in my throat as if I just ran as if my life depended on it. Haven't tried it since and have been extremely reserved about meditation since... Until recently, that is. Trying to reach that same experience again.
Finally i found home and my guides. When i lay on the crystal bed and te guides raised there hands and give me all te love. My whole body was tingling and i felt like im feeling of love.

I've been listening to Aaron Doughty for YEARS. I've known about this meditation for a while now, but I ALWAYS overlooked it because I did not resonate with the title. Anyways, this is my 3rd day listening to it, and the transformation has been phenomenal. Just know that we are ALL lightworkers, and we are ALL here to carry that Light.
Very beautiful. I also listen to the "raise your vibration" and that was very powerful for me, it allowed me to work some bad experiences that I had over 20 years ago and took me to hell; but listening to your meditation I can finally look at it on the face and take responsibility for my own acts; I was trying to sugar coated to myself and as a result the old programing was playing in the back ground with dire consequences. So thank you for what you do, I was told that you are one of my angels bringing me back to my path. Love and light
This is so powerful I felt tears coming down my face like I was going home and felt love everywhere. I woke up wiping my cheeks as I had no idea I was crying I was so deep in meditation wow! Just wow!! I feel so light and loved and understood. I saw my body activate in all sorts of colors like I was a light up toy if that makes sense.

This was an amazing meditation that brought an even deeper more stable Universal Love than I have experienced before. I would highly recommend this one for anybody trying to overcome the unloved feelings from a root cause of Unwanted Child Syndrome, because Universal Love goes far beyond any Earthly Love and this meditation strengthens that essence
Felt like coming home in your meditation the lightship, Remembered a lucid dream i had as a kid being brought in a lightship, laying on This comfortable bed surrounded by presences,,feeling so much love, feeling sad as a kid they left me here. Looking at my phone now battery 77% time 10:00. Going through a kundalini awakening since 2012, through a very rare illness Sheehan syndrome, entire endocrine system failed because of it. Had the experience of a 10000 page symphony in one flash. Still finding my way in This living maze of conciousness. Still have no idea what im doing with meditation but Your meditation brought me to tears, like seeing home again after a long long time😊🙏🏼🌠🌈💖 Thank you

Aaron, after listening to this meditation, I fell asleep. Then, in my night of dreaming, for the first time, I was aware I was lucid dreaming, flying low and slow along the northern California coastline, intoxicated by its grandeur and heartbreaking beauty
Aaron I just did this meditation for the first time and I can’t even believe the emotions and sense I’m feeling right now. The experience I had when doing this meditation was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I was completely enveloped I was completely onboard and I was just in awe the entire time. I did your meditation on money a few month ago and I got a new job right after that and started budgeting and really was transported to a different mental state of viewing money...anyways. As someone who’s struggled with spirituality, addiction, lack of confidence in general. This is mind altering in the most clear substantial way. I am so thankful.
This makes me feel The Awareness of The UNIVERSE itself, it makes me feel not only The 1-ness of Being 1 w/everything at The same time but I'm starting to notice that my Own AWARENESS OF BEING is becoming more & more Aware that The Nature of Universal Vibrational Law is always showing me how much it loves me CONSTANTLY w/out fail if I consciously choose to PERCEIVE it in this manner period.
After listerning to this yesterday morning i went about my alot light which was nice. How ever last night i had a dream of the aurora borealis. In dream terms this means i know what i must do but i am scared to do such a thing. Which if funny in the dream i couldnt get to it. Day 5: This meditation helped me to get rite of a huge hurt point inside my Heart. I imagined a lot, but it helped me to heal even more. Now there is a hole, but I will fill this hole, with unconditional love. I also remembert more of who I was, and my mission or purpose on Earth. Thank you 🙏💖

Thank you so much. I re membered a different type of astrology. I also saw my physical self from above and I have indeed been carrying light unconsciously. Now I am aware of my mission and my tremendous power. I am working with Jesus and the Christ conciousness. I am releasing those people who wish to be free of religion simply by living my spiritual life. Jesus was a lightworker as well. 💙 I already have met a higher dimensional. They are on earth and have been here for quite some time. You can interact with them when your vibe is in harmony with nature. The one I met looked about 18 years old and was a combination of Asian, African American and Native American. She was beautiful, more female but seemed androgynous. She was dressed normally. While she looked 'normal" at first glance, if you looked closer, she was different. She had very dark eyes, but not huge alien eyes. I was freaking out in fear of a wasp and she held her hand up, palm down, and the wasp landed on the back side of her hand. She extended her index finger and it crawled to the tip and stayed there. She lifted her hand and held it closer to my face so I could see the wasp clearly. Then, she looked at me and said, "See. You don't have to be afraid. It won't hurt you." Then, it flew away. And she left. This is a true story.
I cried all the way through it. Still sobbing! This is the best and most beautiful thing I have ever done💕 thank you soooo much 🙏🏻 I remember ❤️

With the Christ being here now finally, well more specifically the returned christ is the christ consciousness energy returned for all to harness the christ consciousness within ourself, more like waking up to the christ consciousness AGAIN since the last time earth peoples had this chance going back well over 10,000-12,000 years ago, they failed due to greed and service to selves in the end which started corrupting the entire earth, well it was about to which is why the previous extreme high tech civilization had to be flooded and sank to cut out the cancer before it spreaded. However we were given a new chance when the "higher beings" from atlantis stayed in their shit, craft whatever until waters receded enough, they ended up going to what we now call egypt which for them it was called "THE LAND OF KHEM" khem is more like chemistry or better yet alchemy! The land if alchemy is the land of khem (due to the energy in the area) its one of many sacred energetic sites around the world. It was all so bright, white and clean. I couldn't see any faces but I didn't feel alone. I knew I wasn't alone! And I think I heard some voices like little bells ringing but I don't know if it is in the video or not 😆
I wanted to see them and I said "Let me see you, please." then suddenly I felt my vision became way more brighter and my heart rate increased all of a sudden. I am gonna try it again, it is amazing!!

This was the most receptive I've been EVER to a guided meditation because as soon as you directed me to the elevator, I saw with third eye (my physical eyes closed) a ray of galactic colors; purple, violet, Iridescent alien-like colors, and as soon as the elevators started going up, I could feel it, and felt scared but curious, so I kept repeating "I trust" several times, and let go, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was greeted by 4 of my guides; Tall, Gentle spirits, "Hello Child", They said.
I asked them of my origin as a starseed, and they said "Plaedius & Orion", and during this process my body felt amazing and connected, mind you this, I had been feeling off-balance and ungrounded before the journey in meditation. My guides explained to me the importance of staying grounded in my body and how I could do that. When the conversation/downloads were done, I WOKE UP AND LOOKED AT MY PHONE AND SAW 1:11. !!!!

I kind of stumbled across Starseeds information over the web and got really curious then found these videos. I can already hear my family laughing in my face if they knew I considered this but frankly I can’t fight the Curiosity. Past year or so I got into watching space exploration documentaries, and also ufo investigation documentaries. I’m almost obsessing. I’ve read a few articles about how know if or what kind of Starseeds I am or even at all. I have a lot of trouble with meditation but since I can’t seem to put this out of my head I’m going to try. I really hope it works. All my life I’ve felt empty, never could fit in. Even if it’s silly, it’s nice that I could be something that makes some difference. I can’t stand the idea that my life is meant to work and pay bills and be allowed to be told what to do from government which is more known for lying than helping. I also ramble and over think everything so I apologize for the long comment about nothing. But honestly since I’ve just started learning about this, any information or helpful books or links would be wonderful. Thank you very much.

Please do a meditation focusing about letting all unwanted feelings to just flow by the mind, about understanding that we don't have to react in them in any way, and thinking all those feelings which are labeled as "negative" as friends, as they are conscious energy like us humans, or like anything and everything on this planet is. This is my latest epiphany, and you know this is going to benefit a lot of people tremendously!!!! !!!! 🤩🤘

Whatttt!! I have never ever ever felt like that in my entire life, it was like I became the energy and vibrations around me and was consumed by a white light. I must have fallen asleep at the very end but I had an amazing dream and remember the meditation and the dream so vividly I’m perplexed

Thank u so much, this is so so beautiful.. WOW!! In this life here on earth I always felt like I was so alone.. but i never really was.. I felt so much (pure) love.. I cried and laughed at the same time going up in the elevator.. Knowing I would meet them I didn't want to leave.. but also I'm super ready to show my light here on earth I have been doing it.. but on another level.. It feels like the understanding and knowledge gets deeper rooted in my spirit and physical body.. So I could feel that happening in my whole body on a DNA level..
I felt also relieved they told me just being myself is enough! They told me I shouldn't be so hard on myself. I felt such a strong connection my whole body was shaking and cold but also very warm and bright. Especially at my heart / spirit. Bless you all. I just felt so much I can't describe it all. I seriously don’t know how i even ended up on this video , but i literally felt my vibrations at the highest they’ve EVER been in my entire 22 years of living on this earth searching for answers ive always believed we are capable of SO MUCH more than what we are taught . as i laid on the crystal bed i shed a couple of tears just feeling all this warmth and love almost like a star in a sense that all these vibrations traveled through my entire body thank you for allowing yourself to become who you are , AMAZING!!!!!!!
I truly think I am one of the Light worker as well as a star seed. One day I must do past life regression.

Sky-blue skin, straight long golden hair and in my head area there was a rainbow colored emiting flower of life. It came to me like "this is my buddhic form" dk if that has any sense but thatcs what i saw 😆
I met up with strange beings in 1977 in pisgah national forest where lost 3 hours if time.
I also had something happened to me..i was bleeding afterwards

The first two times I did this meditation, I fell asleep halfway through them.
The third time I made it until the end and I was deeply moved by the encounter with my guides. What is more, the night after the meditation I had the most vivid dream of incredibly beautiful star constellations and colourful, sparkling galaxies in motion. The images are tough to describe, but it was very different from my usual experiences while dreaming. I feel like I'm really on to something. Thank you so much, Aaron!
Love this meditation, the only thing I’d like to change about it would be when all the counting happens not to “get excited and raise your voice” as this for me distracts the peaceful zen feeling that you have put me in and it takes a bit to come back into it.

As I did this, I was very surprised to see my spirit guides to be my dead grandparents and aunt who died from cancer. I realized that I'm afraid of love and that I'm meant to do sound healing which i've only just figured it out this past month. Aaron's meditations really do put you in the state like no other....and I've done a lot of meditations.
The more I do this meditation the more connected I feel.

Amazing! I met with all my spirit guides and was told I am a child of the light. One of them whom I've found it hard to connect with through alot of meditations spent the whole time walking around saying 'she's here, she's finally here and can hear us!!!!' It was so nice to be able to finally connect with her through this meditation amongst another 2 of my spirit guides. Such a surreal experience. Absolutely awesome meditation. Thank you!!!
I did this last night and when I woke this morning. I felt so rested and the blockage in my lower back, hips and sacral area was released. Difficult to explain the power flowing through me. I've been working on this for a while now. It's my power station I'm reclaiming. I was not allowed to own it from birth. Oh the vibrations I'm feeling through my body. I had no idea I could be so powerful. I wish to continue and find a way to help my fellows as I own...who...i....am! Thank you.
Day 7: it's truly a good meditation. I even found a purpose, for me in life. It maybe not the real purpose, but I will go with what I have. Thank you ❤️💖
As I started this meditation my cat Jinx who never climbs on my lap just woke up from my side, touched my hand and climbed onto me. He is still sleeping on my lower belly. He never does this, he is all but a lap cat! I always felt connected to animals and cats are just a part of me I can't live without having one living with me. I hope this means something. I will do this meditation again. Even if I'm not a starseed I am for sure a lightworker I always knew that and had that told to me. I feel a higher call and I know there is more to it than misses the eye. I hope I'll find the piece I'm looking for. Much love 💙

I've been listening to this meditation for a couple of years now it's the most powerful guided meditation I've done it's really is powerful everytime I go on this awesome journey I enter a huge mother ship and I meet with 7 different beings who speak to me through telethapy once on the crystal bed i feel energy entering and exiting my body my vibration heightens the feeling is total bliss after I feel lighter and happier thank you for this amazing meditation everyone should try it ❤ 😇🥰💕👽
It is amazing.I tryed it 2 times and i saw my spirit guides sending me energy.I don't know about you but i got 2 "light cloaks"one with stard on it and one with gold light.Finished meditation at 0000

2nd day in: This shit is GOOD. I feel so light so calm, My guides or my higher self told me I can do anything...and its so incredibly true. I can do anything. Fear does not exist. It does not hold. I will keep listening to this every morning.

I did the meditation and I felt like not coming back. I never felt so happy and peaceful and my guides were so nice and always smiling and hugging me. There were 3 guides but only a woman and a man really got my attention. I don`t know who they are but so beautiful beings. I thought if dying feels like this I would not be afraid of dying now lol. They told me that everything I went trough was part of my awakening and that they are very happy that I am with them now. Everything that I am worrying about is not important. My purpose has something to do with a thing I loved doing in my childhood. They told me to look at old pictures from my childhood to find what it is and pay much attention. Can`t believe I got so much information from one meditation

This might sound a little out there, but...I think I may have been in the Akashic library? This was my first time listening to this meditation and the only guide I came into contact with was a large owl, and it's said that the keeper of the records is a type of owl spirit.
Everything was so peaceful and I felt my entire body tingling and vibrating the whole time. And I remember the owl giving me the name Roth...

Aaron. Thank you so much. I am ready. It's so true, I start remembering myself. Memory's of my childhood are coming up I do Remember why I am here. I even found my twin soul with whom I had the agreement to expand consciousness with. There is no doubt about that. I am ready for your teachings and I am so grateful for your work. I realize that everyone had different intentions for the time to wake up,some pretty early, some "later" some not in this lifetime in order to provide "pain" for others and themselves to wake up. This is just absolutely beautiful to see all of this unfold. To understand that there is no injustice, no one is to blame. We are all doing our purpose, I feel so much love inside me. Thank you for this beautiful experience. I have felt so much love and feeling of being home. From the moment I have entered the elevator and started to go up, my eyes filled with tears, like I knew I was going home. I've experienced lavitation during the meditation. My guides told me that I am blessed and beautiful soul and all is within me. So much love and peace. I will definitely cotinue this meditation and share as much as I can with other starseeds. Wow, what a meditation - specially here on the 5th day 😮😊. Last night I fell asleep in the middle of the meditation, but something is really changing. I have write down the dates, so I can follow how many days I have done this of the 21 days 😍😁. 16 days left - I really enjoy to see what will come.
