- Having got back into the pocket pulling flow of Margalef, it was time to find a project to get stuck into. Crucifixio 7c+ looked like it could be the ideal project, short, steep and perfect pockets, but could Brett tick his hardest ever sport climb?

well done, you can soooo climb 8a. I suggest more flow and speed, try to find the 8a version of this route, 2 days max I reckon.

Well, i think you either need to get a bunch of 7C+ done, or go for harder! 2 redpoints and it's done...hmm?
It took me a bit by surprise too. We didn't even film my first go trying the route because I thought it would be a much longer project. Really happy to have ticked my first 7c+ and looking forward to trying some more once my finger heals 👍
You do your max grade on your second go? Well i think you can aim higher like an 8a+ in a day quite easy.
And a route that you do on your second go you call it a project? Haha you usually only try to onsight than if you fall change route? Gg 😅
Hi Luca, It took me a bit by surprise too. I had never climbed a 7c+ sport route and was expecting this to turn into a much longer project. Think it must have just really suited me because I have had way longer projects on 7b+'s. Really happy to get the tick so quickly and psyched to get on some harder climbs once my finger heals in the future.
