We didn't film these instructions for ignition adjustment Vespa with the CMD tool "Wal" ourselves. We got the video from CMD / PX-Garare Nienburg (Savage Scooter) and present it here.

WAL - New tool for adjusting the ignition on the Vespa
With the CMD caliper you can easily adjust your Vespa ignition by yourself with a few simple steps.
Since we work closely with CMD, we suggested for the current edition of the whale to make the measuring tips adjustable, since the exchangeable measuring tips always represented an additional "screwdriver work".
Now you can adjust this great tool to fit almost any combination of motor housing and pole wheel.
Caliper "The Whale V-Duo" for Vespa Largeframe and Smallframe.
Two-piece caliper with freely positionable measuring tips and an effective measuring range of approx. 40° each. For easy determination of the ignition timing for static and variable ignitions.
- Designed for existing mounting points of the fan wheel cover.
- Fixed 0° position for optional marking of the OT

Super video! Also wenn ich das mit der Messuhr mache und auf 24° meine Zündung Plitzen möchte, muss ich ja den unteren zeiger ja quasi auf 18 stellen oder? Weil beim oberen komm ich ja nicht auf 0 sondern der steht ja dann bei 6 an? Somit denk ich 18+6 sind ja dann die 24! Hoffe ich lieg da richtig!? LG
Warum auf 6? Wenn ich mit der Uhr den OT bestimmt habe, mache ich doch die OT Markierung beim Wal auf 0. Dann 24° von 0 den 2. Zeiger setzten?!
Übrigens das beste Video ever. Immer wieder gerne gesehen wenn ich alle 2 Jahre Mal Zündung mache.
Bis jetzt wusste ich noch nicht, wie kompliziert und mit welchem Aufwand man eine Zündung einstellen kann...🙃 Trotzdem interessantes Hilfsmittel...😊🐳

and the only thing you adjusted was der wahl... with doing this you do not adjust the timing... so learned nothing from this :(

Kolben bzw Lüfter Rad vorsichtig Bis Zum Kolben Stopper In eine Beliebige Richtige Langsam Bis Kontakt Verbindung Vorliegt Drehen.
Jetzt eine mit Hilfe einer
Markierung von Lüfter Rad Auf das Motor Gehäuse übertragen.
Zb Farbliche Markierung,s Punkte Auf beiden Seiten der Übereinstimmenden Blickwinkel 0°🎯
Nun Das Lüfter Rad in die Entgegengesetzte Richtig Drehen und Auch Die Markierung vom Lüfter Rad Auf das Motor Gehäuse übertragen.

DER MITTELPUNKT IST Dann +-1° Grad Der OT
Zwischen Punkt 1 und
Punkt 2 ist OT PUNKT.
DER
0°Grad Punkt.
OBERER TOT PUNKT ( OT +-0° )
wenn Mann den Kolben Stopper Frei macht und Die eine Kurbelwelle Markierung Zwischen beiden Motormarkierungen 1:1
GLEICHER Abstand

Tipp 5 bis 20° Vor OT
Abhängig von der Motor Konstruktion usw.
Wie genau ist den die Markierung Grad Scheibe ?
Mach Die Fein Abstimmung eigentlich fast immer mit der ORGINAL Motor OT Markierung.
Auch das Genaue Abblitzen Geht für die Zündungs Kontrolle an Einer Anderen Stelle des Motors bestimmt besser.
Selbst wenn man Nur Die Zündkerze Tauschen möchte Ist Das Schutzblech so Scharfkantig das Mann Sich Leicht die Hand Beschädigen Könnte.
SO WAS BEI EINEM VESPA ORGINAL ROLLER.
Das Ist leider der Mangelhaften Ausführung der Blech Nachtarbeitungs Abteilung von Hersteller verschuldet worden.
Ich hätte mir bessere Qualität vom Hersteller aller Teile gewünscht.
Leider muss man immer Häufiger die Geräte Auf Mängeln Selbständig begutachten.
Traurig das Es mit Hilfe von Außen nichts an der Qualität ändert.
Dabei ist Alles so einfach wenn Mann Frau oder Auch neue Dings Es Weis
Was hier im Video Dargestellt worden ist.
So eine GRAD Scheibe ist Sinnvoll um Die perfekte Zündung einzustellen.
Geht aber auch Mit anderen Hausmittel zu realisieren.
