This is not a fake video. He simply put the wrong link for the module. It is really a S530 Bluetooth earbud board with the battery. He just unsoldered the speaker from Bluetooth and soldered in the wires from the earphone to where the Bluetooth speaker was soldered in. That is not a 3.5mm headphone jack either. It's the charging jack. Look on the board it says s530 v1.
