The beds need to be sitting facing the door so the first thing you see are the beds and night stands on each side of the beds.
You need flowers, you need to stick with cream or white walls, blue is not relaxing. White or cream colored walls will allow you to use any color of curtains.

Good grief, woman, calm down
No! No! No! The workmanship of the 2nd floor is poor and shotty at best. Those floors should not crack and rub that much. That is a sign that the 2nd floor was built with #2 grade plywood and will not hold up to long term ware. If this house is located in a humid or damp climate that 2nd floor will need to be completely replaced in no longer than a 4 year time if that long. I dearly hope that some unknow young couple doesn't by this home expecting to enjoy it long term before sinking a ton of money in to it. Please do your research before investing in this home.
Which floors? Not seeing anything cracked, especially as it’s all carpeted ...?
