Why is eskay’s Lucio style considered weird?

Typically when played optimally in Pro Overwatch, Lucio is often found sitting back with the team spamming chokes and passively healing to build ult, only diving when it's the perfect time. Eskay takes a much more aggressive approach and goes for kills more often. It's very risky and not super consistent which is why it's not very meta. -Derk
