YEAHHH!!! I finished it. Thank you sooo much Bonnie. Everybody I showed it, could not believe its crochet and everybody said, its too complicated, they could not do that. Thanks to your wonderful tutorial. I was able to do it and all I did before was simple díshcloth style plain double crochets. The miracle on this project, as wool is quite expensive in New Zealand, like pretty much everything, I bought wool from the op-shop, which is hard to find in such amounts. No clue how much is it was and if it will be enough. The wool finished 7 stiches before completing the project which is not visible at all. So the whole project was supported by higher sources. I am sooo happy Bonnie.

Simply beautiful! I love a variety of textures in one project, and you did not disappoint. Separating each change in stitch using the ribbed stitch was genius! Of course, in my effort to support your business, I purchased the pattern on Etsy.
This is beautiful, but way above my skill level at present. I've watched this over several times to get the braided part. I'll try it again when I'm calm again. I can't just let go once I want to do something.

You can make this larger by continuing to repeat the pattern. Once you understand the increases this is easy to do. You could even extend the braided cable and Celtic Weave sections as well.

Hi Bonnie, I am on the way to do this beauty. Never done such a complex pattern. At row 44 now. You explaining and showing it very well. It would be helpful when you say now and again how many stitches there should be on a certain row to check the numbers. I am going backwards and forwards as I am doing misstakes.... Funny, wishes come true. After I was posting this comment and carried on with the video you counted the stitches first time. 3 were missing in my work. Luckily easy to add them somewhere in the middle. Stitch count now and again is very helpful. Many thanks.
Yes, this is where the written pattern comes in handy. Some folks can get overwhelmed with too much information, but I know we are all different in this.

I used a worsted weight and a size I hook it seems bulky for a scarf but it’s winter and cold where I live in the Pacific Northwest, the scarf is considerably larger than the one she is making as she is using a fingering yarn , and a smaller hook.😊

Absolutely beautiful! Can this be made larger? If so what would the multiple be?
You can make this larger by continuing to repeat the pattern. Once you understand the increases this is easy to do. You could even extend the braided cable and Celtic Weave sections as well.

Hi Bonnie, I am on the way to do this beauty. Never done such a complex pattern. At row 44 now. You explaining and showing it very well.
It would be helpful when you say now and again how many stitches there should be on a certain row to check the numbers.
I am going backwards and forwards as I am doing misstakes....
Funny, wishes come true. After I was posting this comment and carried on with the video you counted the stitches first time. 3 were missing in my work. Luckily easy to add them somewhere in the middle.
Stitch count now and again is very helpful.

Yes, this is where the written pattern comes in handy. Some folks can get overwhelmed with too much information, but I know we are all different in this.

I used a worsted weight and a size I hook it seems bulky for a scarf but it’s winter and cold where I live in the Pacific Northwest, the scarf is considerably larger than the one she is making as she is using a fingering yarn , and a smaller hook.😊
