An open design corner shelf in your living space would be so cute
Maybe in the corner of your living room a mid size small tree in a ceramic pot to match your color scheme or if you are too busy a faux one.

Put the 2 sofas facing each other and put 2 big armchairs across and facing the fireplace, at a distance from the wall if there is space, not to the right of the fireplace. There's plenty of space for that kind of configuration. You could then put up some slim bookcases like IKEA's Billy on the wall facing the fireplace, behind the armchairs... You don't have to fill them with books. There are many ways to style them. Try to float your sofas and not smash them up against the walls, because that creates awkward spaces like the corner issue you point out in this vlog.

Unfortunately didn’t look great as the sofas are a two seater and three seater so it made the room feel an odd shape!

I would put a big square table in the corner. Your big lamp will look more balanced and you will have room for a cup of tea or glass of wine. You could use the current table next to the chair you want next to the window

I would stand all the boots and shoes up under the clothes racks (you can get boot inserts to stand them up)
Then all your holded clothes could go on the new shoe shelves.
It would look neater and your clothes be easier to reach than on the floor xoxo
