Such a heartwarming video Bobby. Not going to lie, the water ducts broke when your boy was carrying that goose back. I remember my first hunt with my dad, I think I was about 5 years old! Lost him when I was 11... I think of him on every hunt.

I still remember my first hunt. It was super cold. My feet were freezing and when the fog lifted, there was about 3000 ducks that flew over us. It was awesome.
All I can say is what a great dad teaching your son the importance of hunting and just having a blast.

Awesome, it’s a wonderful feeling havin your kid out with you. My daughter has been coming out with me since she was 3 years old, this past season she is 6 and I couldn’t leave her behind. Little trooper, up a 4:00am in the Manitoba cold and she loved every minute.

Great Hunt...especially considering he is only 3 1/2 years old. He did great and had a great day and memory shared with dad!!!! Was able to bring both my girls this season. Probably one of the best hunts of the year, even though I never pulled the trigger on a bird.

This is very nice of your sun life, I still feel and remember that day and what we hunted ( locations, birds type and the type of gun) I was 4 years old that was fifty years ago.

Bob I lost my father last year to a car fire. Going out with my dad chasing waterfowl ducks geese etc hunting in general these memories are what’s it all about. Enjoy that time man I’m only 23 I know when I have a kid I hope I can pass on the love for it like my dad did with me

Taking my 3-year old dove hunting for the first time was the closest I think I ever came to pure joy. His first gun was a Rossi 410. Very small and light. He still loves it although he hunts with bigger guns now.
Mine was the single shot rossi .410 and .22 long rifle combo I wish I still had it buy it sadly got stolen when my house was robbed

Man Bobby u make my hunting life perfect when I can't be out in the Feild .... I wish I had a dad like u Bob I'm only 16 and thrue my whole hunting life I've had to do everything by myself from getting buddys to drive me in the freezing cold to get my hunters license and then my minor's pal thanks Bobby for the content u make bud this one mad me cry
How awesome! This reminded me of all of the years I have been taking my son since that age who's now 13 in the blind. You are in for a fun ride and I know you will enjoy every minute of it! P.s dove fields are a lot of fun with kids too!
Mossberg 510 youth model is what my son shoots, you can shoot it single shot or remove the dowel rod and load the magazine. It’s perfect size right next to his Red Ryder buck which is what I taught him to shoot with.
Can't wait to see the duck/goose slaying machine your son turns out to be. Kid is gonna be hooked for life now. Love the vids keep up the great work. 👍🏾

Took my 3 year old boy on his first duck hunt this year also. It was awesome. He loves it and it addicted to everything outdoors.
