Dean Strang is so well liked and respected by so many of us and for good reason . One of the many highlights of Making A Murderer was being able to watch Dean and partner Jerry , do their jobs as exactly every , responsible and ethical Defense lawyer should . What we need now and so very urgently is individuals like Dean and Jerry taking the place of Special Prosecutors like Ken Kratz . Prosecutors , who we can be certain will do their best to seek the truth in court rooms first and foremost as apposed to convicting the clearly innocently accused , at any cost at all !!
What's up with the weird audio? Compression/limiting pumping artifacts? Auto mixer like a Dugan with the NOM set incorrectly? Whatever - really distracting, but great content despite this. Having watched MaM multiple times and watched and listened to supporting materials, I'm less interested in Avery's actual guilt, and more concerned with the blatant and shameless procedural transgressions here. Ken Kratz made so many questionable wrong decisions, he polluted any genuine prospect of justice for the victim. Dean Strang is beautifully elegant about the contradiction between the principles of the 6th Amendment, and the problems relating to clear issues with tight-fisted taxpayer-funded Public Defenders' across America, unable to justly serve clients' and their presumption of innocence. Dean Strang mistakes elected officials for folks not beholden to a bloodthirsty electorate. Elected officials at all levels have the power to put right many issues plaguing the criminal justice system, but Dean Strang doesn't have to worry about the Fox news- oriented inevitable "law and order" vote, to keep his job. To begin to adhere to the 6th Amendment, PDs need equal funding to allow them to correctly fight the well- resourced elected officials in the DA's office. Until then prosecutors will continue to violate Brady, fail to meet Fry standards, and so forth - knowing their opposition cannot compete on the same level.
Yeah, "MrChrisd73", I know. Last time I spent half my life in prison wrongly convicted of a crime I had nothing to with and had a few $million coming my way for the frame-up, the first thing I did was go kill a lady I had a documented appointment with, load her in the trunk, burn her down at the quarry, bring her cremains back up to my personal fire pit, park her car on the edge of my back 40, stash her spare key in my bedside table, and invite the same cops who framed me the first time (and I was suing) to search my property -- without a warrant.
+MrChrisd73 it's sad that you cannot understand. I feel like if you don't have the comprehension levels to be out of high school then you shouldn't be commenting.
