Both(up and down) indicate maximum magnitude but in opposite directions. As the graph progresses it's magnitude increases upto it's amplitude. It becomes low(zero) only when the graph touches the axis of sinusoidal graph. Human eyes can visualise upto 60 fps Human eyes visualise as continuous part upto 24 fps Current (AC or DC) can't be stored, we can store only electric charge in capacitor. Sir please have attention to proper concept. I personally don't want that some one may finger at you. I consider you as my favourite and ideal.

There has to be a way to stop such teachers from spoiling our younger generation. The sad reality is that there are hardly any teachers who are actually good (from a subject point of view). Agar koi DC 45-60 volts ko touch karega to thoda sa current ka jhatka mehsus ho.DC 80 volts ko touch karne se admi behos hota hai aur DC 220 volts ko touch karega toh admi ki dead ho sakta hai.DC volts danger hai.
