जब कोई सब्ज़ी न हो तब बनायें ये चटपटी सब्ज़ी 5 मिनट में,दो की जगह चार रोटी खा जायेंगे| Sabji Recipe
Ingredients:
Oil - 2-3 tablespoon
Cumin seeds (jeera) - 1/2 teaspoon
Asfoetida / hing - 1 pinch
Mustard seeds ( rai ) - 1/2 teaspoon
Bay leaves / tej patta- 1-2
Green cardamom - 2-3
Green chilli /hari mirch - 2 chopped
Ginger / Adrak - 1/2 inch chopped
Onion - 3-4 chopped in big pieces
Tomato puree - of 2 tomatoes
Turmeric powder / haldi - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder / dhaniya powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin Powder / jeera powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh home malai - 2 tablespoon
Kasuri Methi - 1 tablespoon
Salt - according to taste
Coriander Leaves - to garnish

I tried this sabzi and trust me it came out very tasty. Mene isme apni taraf se kuch changes kiye like tomato puree ki jagah mene isme pyaaz lahsun or coconut ka paste banake use kiya. Or chhonk me mene khare masale use kiye like methi dana, kalonji, jeera, raai, and tej patta. Or banke tyaar hone ke baad isme jeera saunf or laung ko bhunke banaya hua powder dala. And yeah last but not the least kasuri methi also😊.
