Its a simple and effective video on ISO9001:2015. It helps to understand the key factors very easily.
Video seems good, and there is no doubt that you put a lot of effort into it, but wow, the hand is distracting. My ooh SQUIREL! brain is too busy watching what is being drawn to process the actual info.

Nice video, thanks for the graphical content. I have one note, on 05:46 it says "regular internal audits", I believe it should be "periodic internal audits" to be more accurate since we're emphasizing on frequency.

what is wrong with all these iso videos from so many different companies that have horrible audio! either it's read poorly, or like in this case, the music is clashing with the content! it's not bloody hard to level your audio!

WHAT IS ISO 9001? ISO is an international Standard how-how processes should be implemented around the world. Like a car manufacturing company should follow the same sizes, processes, and checks in order to fit with other parts. For the ISO 2001 is not about manufacturing parts, but a way to satisfy CUSTOMERS.

why do you need that drawing hand, It makes the video too busy - so silly
The hand with the marker and silly drawings kept taking me out of it. Also the speaker is not articulate and very hard to follow.
