I'm 3 weeks in to my locs and I completely get what you mean about cracking your final form! Even though they're far from mature, I just love my hair. The only time I can remember loving my hair as it was was when I chopped it all off tbh this feels like who I'm meant to be. And I'm so relieved to feel this way about it this early on because I was bracing myself for the "ugly" phase and to feel so embarrassed. But I just don't! Like my hair is undergoing a transformation, its amazing!
Your locs are GORGEOUS! I fell in love with your channel awhile ago. But had no idea we started our journey the same time! That’s awesome. The 16th will be my 2.5 locaversary and I am never looking back. Best decision I’ve ever made.

Your locs have flourished!! I have really enjoyed watching all of your loc styles. I haven’t done too many styles with mine as I have just let them be. I’ll be 2 years next month and will probably start playing around with styling.
Almost the same as you lovely, I'm 2 years and 6½ months. Easy to keep track of because they're about 2 weeks older than my puppy, well not so much a puppy anymore but he is in my eyes...🖤🐾 I love seeing how both of our locs are maturing, both with 4c hair but your hair is higher density and you're younger than me (I just turned 50), so you don't have to dye yours or worry about menopause snatching you bald!!! 😂 Your grid is still perfect 👌🏾 I love your channel for your loc journey, your happy personality, and of course your music play list!!!

We have the same loc anniversary date but I started in 2023. 1.5 years loc’d! I love it here 🥹
