Those vocals were NOT easy, I'm sure! Just the breathe support needed - whew! GO GIRL!!!!! The musicians are ON POINT too. Not an easy song, but an AMAZING rendition! I like it so much better than the original. Also...I never could understand what she was singing, and now I know! Haha.

I get how this version may not do it for everyone. But from where I’m sitting this slaps. Also, the bass line on this is insane.
The possibilities are endless when you reimagine s song in a different style. Suddenly the words sound crispy and alive.
WOW. There's being able to sing and then there's being able to convey so much personality and playfulness while nailing it. This is remarkable. I'm 64 songs into this PMJ playlist and didn't think I could still be this impressed, but this might be the best I've heard. Great understanding of the source.
