Gw2 Ranger Soulbeast WvW Solo Roaming [Outnumbered But Not Afraid] [Hammer/Dual Mace Action]

Hello Everyone¡¡ Another Monday, another video from your friendly noob-ish Ranger! This time with hammer shenanigans!!
Today i wanted to showcase the fact that we don't always get away with 1v2 or 1v3, most of the time i manage to get kills but get killed in return, unless i play for a hit and run. I wanted to let you guys know that we don't always get that perfect Hell Yeah!! moment, but that its okay and in my case i find it very exciting and fun to keep trying, improving and chasing those big moments.
Regarding the Hammer build shenanigans, take it with a grain of salt since it was a spur of the moment thing and after some testing, it might have some niche but it needs a bit of work in order to even justify it. Hell, i don't even think it performs better than any of my other builds in most cases, for now at least. Like i said, testing still needed xD. You Will see throughout the video how i change a lot between signet of the Hunt and lightning reflexes, depending on the match-ups and so on.

I am playing soulbeast (new player) and I don't manage to stay alive 3 seconds, but suppose it is practice :D

@@dinotitlic9802 My last video its a nice intruduction to soulbeast! And even though its centered a speciffic build, most of the survival mechanics can be aplied to every single build! It takes a bit of practice but i kid you not, you have many tools! If you want, you can give me the build you are running and i'll help uou out🙌

@@Darkpirox well, I tried Soulbeast Hammer build, I realy have good feeling about that combination (maybe I am wrong), Idea was Jump in, Imobilize(crowd control) targets, few hard hits, run out and swap to bow.... I tried Blue Moa/wolf pets

@@dinotitlic9802 Hey man, sorry for the late reply, been slammed with work. I gave some thought and if you really want to make bow+hammer work you gotta change a few things for sure, specially because hammer is not at it's best in WvW for the Soulbeast. You gonna need mobility and stealth coming from the pets. So you want to use smokescale and White wolf, the white wolf will give you an extra stun, a pretty decent leap and a stunbreak with anti-damage for a few seconds. And i would play it differently. Aim to be sneaky with the bow and be ready with the hammer when they try to bonk you. I garantee you that its impossible to outrun anyone with those 2 weapons. But you can play the distance and then Melee when you cant escape. It is a worse version of Greatsword, you have more cc on hammer but you loose on damage and blocks, which are very important nowdays against willbenders and many more pesky things.

I don't get when someone comes in at the very end of a fight and then BMs the person they outnumbered, like the Mirage in the first clip? Putting aside that BM-ing in general is silly, doing it when you contributed very little is even sillier.

@@jcoyne4718 No idea, but at this point i got used to it🤣 I dont want to grow in the direction of toxic and gossip but i can tell you, more often than not i get jumped by multiple guys and when i find them alone, they either run or die miserably. When i put the duck sound in my videos is often a case of one of those finally getting justice🤣 I kid you not, i delete a lot of footage where i could "Expose" players like that, but at the end of the day i believe that not giving them atention its the best medicine😄🙌
