I’ve used this and love it. I have oily skin but can get dehydrated. It looks very natural and never got patchy or weird for me with late 40s skin. Glad you reviewed this!

I really love the look of this foundation! I have used the Aqua foundation off and on for years and they are both beautiful! The cream version seems to be a little more emollient, but would be hard pressed to choose! Thank you for sharing this!!
I love Kohgendo for ingredients. I’m living Japan and I have a sensitive skin. So I really trust Kohgendo ‘s product and use them. They use such a nice ingredients. I wanna ask you to mention this point more❤️❤️❤️
This foundation looks great on you. I also want to thank you for introducing me to many Japanese brands like Cle De Peau, Koh Gen Do. I had never heard about them but watching you makes me want to try them.
The current formula in shade 123 is my winter HG foundation even though my skin is not dry. I was really worried that the new formula would not be as good but it seems as though it will be just as good, if not better. I did not like the original Aqua Foundation but do like the reformulated one. I agree that the Moisture Foundation provides a bit more coverage than the Aqua Foundation.
I’d love to see you do half with the KGD Moisture Foundation and half with the Aqua to see how they compare. I have the Moisture version (old formula). Need to pull that one back out and use it. The new formula looked gorgeous on you!
Do I love Michelle and her reviews? YES! Do I have the budget to ever buy anything she talks about. NOPE! 🤣 But I will continue to turn in for all her vids.
Koh Gen Do blew me away. I reached out to them due to the new formula as I literally just reviewed both foundations lol. If this was a 1oz tube, people would lose their minds lol. And the new version is actually $79 per the KGD site. It can be confusing because the packaging of the previous version is SLIGHTLY different. I’m not even sure if anyone other than the KGD site sell the new version yet. ❤️sP

This foundation looks stunning on you Michele. From the application to the one side of your face it was perfect. If I wasn't a more combo/oily skin type I would be trying to buy it ASAP.
I think I'd be more inclined to lean towards the Aqua foundation, only because I really enjoy a very light coverage. But this looks GORGEOUS on you! Initially I thought the tube was rather small but, as you explained, you actually used less of this one as opposed to the Aqua one. So, it ought to last as long, if not longer. 113 is the shade for you. It looks so flawless and smooth on your skin and love the fact that you don’t need to apply concealer and powder. I am so intrigued. Thank you for comparing this with your recent few foundations.

Dammit, Michele! This looks amazing. For us ladies in our "mid-ish" 40s, this looks like a great foundation to try. But that price tag! (I'm in Canada, so $77 USD gets steep pretty fast) And yet here I am, considering it!

This may be my favorite foundation of all time. I wear the Aqua formula too but this one is perfection. I keep meaning to order a sampler set of the "new" Aqua formula but haven't. Everything I've tried from Koh Gen Do has been outstanding.

KGD discontinued shade 112 when they came out with the new Moisture formula. It was more neutral than 113. It might have been too light for your forehead but perfect for the rest of your face. I already had the Moisture (original formula) when I decided to buy the Aqua for the summer. I contacted KGD and they told me 113 was the closest in the Aqua to 112. I don't know if the original Aqua ever offered 112 but when that one was reformulated and went from a glass to a plastic bottle, 112 wasn't in the Aqua range. I have to mix my Aqua in 113 with a dab of an ivory luminizer to get a color match. Or, 1/2 squirt of 112 Moisture & 1/2 squirt of 113 Aqua is a beautiful combo.
I love Koh Gen Do makeup and been using them for years! Glad to see they have expanded the colours for the “Moisture Foundation”, this formula I believe is very popular with MUAs and used in Film/TV industry. Now hopefully they have a good colour match for me 👏🏻 #213
I absolutely loved this foundation! However the brush and the sponge did not work for me, I found that the best application was just with my fingers and it is the most light and skin like perfecting appearance ever!!

I've used and loved this foundation before and thinking about repurchasing - my skin has been extra dry lately! Did you notice if the foundation came off on your mask? I realize you still had the coverage after wearing the mask, just wondered how messy it got your mask ☺️😘

With this foundation, you didn't need concealer. I believe Koh Gen Do as a brand is underrated and shouldn't be.

I've used Koh Gen Do foundation for years. The best result I get is with a mix of the Aqua and Moisture Foundation. If you have both, give it a try.

It looks great on you r complexion. Using a soft, dense brush really does the job better than sponges 👏🏽🤓🙋🏾♂️ Just my take on foundation 🤓🙋🏾
