i mean the organisation paid him a supermax for 2 years while he wasn’t playing, they had an opportunity to get russ(who is better) and they did what was best for the team. as much as wizards fans would’ve liked to see john wall and bradley beal run it back, the reality is johns time was up cuz of injuries.

Because all they did when Wall was hurt was say they need to trade one. And Stephan A would always be on John’s heem because he was a single man in the club.
