Our first rv was just like that. We called it a glorified tent. We bought it from WT Grant's I think for $250. Had it until the early 90s when we gave it to nephew still in great shape in fact my husband, 2 kids and I lived in it for 4 months one summer.

You've got to hit the schooly Swarm in Melrose Florida. That's the main one Michelle and Travis put on every year. The other one in about 6 months is sort of like an offshoot not as many people go. But they are getting bigger. I go to the Melrose FL one every year, and I try to get to the other ones if I can. I hope you figure out your bus soon. Take care.
In 2018 I left Skooliepalooza and raced across the country to go to the Swarm. Had a ball, but with having the land here keeps me in the west during the winter

Certain understand! So frustrating for ya with the bus. I've been driving my bus to work at least once a week. Keep it exercised, don't want the seals and stuff to go to crap. I've still not found my electrical issue, nor have I been able to replicate the fault either. Does not inspire confidence. I just know over the years trans fluid, oil, or something has gotten into the looms maybe deteriorating the insulation, but I've gone through a lot of the loom, and not found any issues that are visible. I don't know! Buy insurance for towing I guess, be ready to rent a car? LOL! This can happen to even new ones! I'm gonna enjoy it best I can for now! So glad you are doing ok! Enjoy! God bless! Badge might stop by next month. I'm an hour east of Tucson, so 3 hours from Phoenix
