Whoa, when I saw the words essential and minimal, I was expecting way less stuff! I’m about to have my third baby as well and most of this stuff we don’t use or need or want! We got rid of our crib and all the crib stuff, never had a bassinet because we always cosleep, never had a sound machine, we never swaddle or use sleep sacks😅 we use a bouncer but not a big swing or anything like that! You don’t need a bag specifically for diapers, you can use just about any bag that’s the right size that you already have! If you’re a new mom, please just know you don’t need a lot of this stuff! I would recommend putting a lot more energy into postpartum healing and nourishing yourself as a breastfeeding mama✨
What would you advice me to get for postpartum? I’m first time mom so I have no idea what to buy
I’m about to have my 3rd as well, God willing and almost everything she said I have used. What I don’t use is a sound machine because that can be tricky, they will get use to and then won’t sleep without it.
Also the snuggle me, have seen it before but never thought was an essential. Well we all are different and need different things that make our life easier specially when you have more than one! 😄
Keep in mind many of us aren't interested in co-sleeping! Therefore bassinet, cribs, sleep sacs etc become essential items. I do agree about the diaper bags though! Any old backpack that can be unzipped with one hand works.
It's hard to believe baby girl will be here soon. It seems like yesterday you told us you we're pregnant. I "can't" wait to meet her.
I remember following your journey from the beginning and am so happy for you guys to be able to get to 3 kids through all your years of trying! God knew you guys would be great parents!!

Sleep sacks are AMAZING. Who cares what they say. Do what you think is best for you and your baby.
