Never do I ever tell people what to do or what to eat my nickname when I was younger was the Candyman but I’ll tell you right now skittles are one of the worst candies you can ever eat ! There was a massive recall because of plastic or chemicals inside of it

Definitely looks like ring worm to me,over 30 years as licensed nurse in family practice, wouldn't put bandaids on alot due to moister and will make worse because its fumngal and apply med consistently and thinly may take awhile😮
