They should add time penalties for track excursion. The penalty should exceed the time saved by tacking the short cut + 1 second.

Todays Eau Rouge and Raidillon is sadly only just ridiculous. I am sick of this BS.

Eau Rouge has its reputation because it was challenging, spectacular and dangerous.
With the big run-off areas drivers just risk more. If you don't get it right, just cut the next corner.
And some times they lose the car nonetheless.
It has been tried to make the section safer. But they only transferred the problem from Eau Rouge to Raidillon,
where the heavy accidents now happen.
