- In this video I’m taking you on a behind the scenes tour of my game room! Come check out where I game, stream and edit the videos. I love this space, I just really dig the vibes it gives off, and thought I’d share it with all of you. I've been wanting to do this video for a while now, so here it is. Hope you enjoy!

And that Baltimore one too, so sweet. I won 2 dollars off my dad when they won the Super Bowl back against the Giants in 2001, so they're pretty up there for me. Made me that mad money!
Haha I know right, don't even know why I finished the rest of the tour, who cares about board games at that point lol. But thanks man, and glad you were at least able to win some money due to the Ravens, that's pretty sweet! And hey who knows, that mad money probably went into your first pack of cards, which got the ball rolling into this whole crazy hobby, and look at you now, lifestyles of the rich and famous lol. Thanks buddy, really appreciate it! Still gotta do that video about games we're looking forward to in 2022 lol
Fan of the cardboard cutout of the dog. My wife and I did similar for our wedding. We had cutouts of them for our photo booth and metal topiary versions of them at the alter. Gotta represent the pups when they’re too big of spazzes to mingle with society

Hey thanks dude, I appreciate you saying that. I've always had some artistic talent and enjoyed drawing since I was younger, and more recently tried my hand at painting. And I love some Viking stuff, so I wanted to try to paint a ship on the sea. Thanks again dude, means a lot and glad you enjoyed the video!
Oh yeah! Great video tour. Need to get my room in order but probably should get some better shelving first. awesome collection of course. I gave my nephew my copy of Armada but he is now into Kendama so not sure he even plays armada. Oh I see you too enjoy Viking blod as well! Stuff is amazing. Haha yeaaaa buddy, better get on that! Anything with board games takes priority over everything else haha. But when you do man, it'd be cool to see your setup, I always enjoy seeing other peoples setups as well. And hey at least you passed Armada onto some family, doing it justice lol. Selling BSG!! That one of my prized games and it’s well out of print, ‘reskinned’ as unfathomable now. The remake it’s based on is still one of my favourite shows!

I just don't get together with people playing games all too often, and when we do, I don't see us busting this out. But I do think I could appreciate the game if I did play it. But if I can pass it along to someone else who can appreciate it, then I feel a little better. And yea if I do want to pick it up again, like you said they have Unfathomable. Love these types of videos. Thanks for making it. My favorite part…when I saw someone else had the idea to use a wine rack to store game mats!!!! Lol!! I had some old iron wire frame, stackable wine racks I wasn’t using, and then it hit me….why not lay these horizontally and use them for board game mats, haha! Great minds, man. Cheers.

With you on Armada, I just don't play as much as I want to. So great to hear about your son into Legos, I can't recommend them enough lol. You can just be so creative and learn other skills from doing it. And plus they're just awesome! Haha yea man love me some LOH. Do you have the core game? Sucks they didn't reprint the stuff for the Ragnarok campaign. And I forgot, are you going in for LoR?
@@BrewsandBoardgames no I dont have LOH, and since you brought it up. I'm actually extremely upset that they polled, asked if we wanted a reprint, got the votes, then nothing. But what really aggravates me is that they did this great wall reprint less than a year after release. WTH. Oh well, I do have ragnarok comming eventually.
@@jasonadkins8434 Lol yea that was a little weird, I don't know what happened. I'm assuming they thought they were going to get A LOT more response about the reprint. And afterwards they crunched the numbers and said it wouldn't be worth it. Idk man, it does suck though. But good thing is, if you can get your hands on core box, this is a game where that is plenty, even owning everything for the game, 90% of all play is core. I am so pumped for LoR dude! I was booting up TTS getting ready for the playthrough with Sam and saw LoR available. I thought hmm, might have to try a game out.

@@BrewsandBoardgames I've got a couple of Kallax shelves with my office. As I'm working from home, it's just the best thing to do. Besides my work desk I have another desk for painting which my girlfriend uses as I do not paint minis :D We mainly play in the living room so there's no "need" for a gaming table, haha. :D
@@xtrava24x That sounds like a cool room, a lot of different stations it sounds like, work, game shelves and painting desk, I like it. Haha yea man, save your money, those gaming tables are expensive, nothing a good kitchen table or coffee table can't solve lol.
My childhood friends had Fireball Island. I loved dropping the marbles down as a kid.
That was a really fun tour to watch. I like how you focused on everything and not just the board games. This was dangerous to watch while driving but it was fun. Keep on keeping it real, brother! Take care.

Hey! Great tour. Would love to see some gameplay of the Super Fantasy Brawl on your self. It's a pretty low profile game that deserves some love in my opinion.
Oh, and Windward is a lot of fun as well. Another unsung game.
Hey what's up dude, thanks for saying that! Definitely agree it needs more love, my stepson and I really enjoy it. So simple with some really interesting decisions. I did plan to play some season 2 with my wife during a livestream, but got cancelled due to the stuff not arriving in time. But now that it's in, I have to get with her about rescheduling.

Awesome setup man! I love having some of the giant minis from games on the top of the shelves like you have from Lords of Hellas, Tainted Grail, Batman, etc. I'm def gonna do that! Because they're just sitting in boxes, they need to be seen! Especially the awesome Sundrop ones!

Great tour. You have an impressive collection. You are very creative in pimping out your games. I find tackle boxes are great for storing board game tokens. Your artwork is fantastic. With you mentioning Talisman getting you into the hobby, it would be cool if you shared what the five or ten games that led you into the hobby in a future video. Your studio is a great set up.

if you fish, most rods come in a tube that would likely work for those mats. one tube could likely house multiple mats. just have to cut them down.
That’s not a bad idea, I didn’t even think about that. I’m going to see if they have any empty tubes available, and cheaper than what I paid for the ones I have. Thanks man really appreciate the tip!

And no I don't, you may have been thinking of Mansions of Madness in the video. So I can't comment on the comparison, but I am interested now that you said something, that you could even compare them. Which makes me want to at least try Deep Madness because I enjoy Nemesis. The gaming weekend was a blast! We played Kill Team, Underworlds, X-Wing, and Warcry. KT and Warcry I’d rate 5/5, Underworlds 4/5, and X-Wing 3/5.
It had been 15 (!) years since we saw each other IRL, time really does fly by. But now we’re aiming to do this yearly going forward 😁

Have you ever tried Star Wars Armada? I like Armada more than X-wing because of the bigger war type feeling. Kind of like 40k, give that one a shot if you can. Expensive as all get out though lol.

I haven’t played Armada, and I don’t think I know anyone who owns it, so I doubt I’ll get a chance to try it. And if it’s like X-wing, I’m not super keen to be honest. I felt the game had feel bad moments when I’d roll really well on the attack (like 2 hits and a crit on 3 dice) but it ended up missing because my friend rolled 3 evasions or whatever they were called.
Warp's Edge or Under falling Sky, what do you prefer? impressive dungeon!!

I used to skate when I was a kid too. Then I played the shit out of all the tony hawk games in my teens and twenties. Now my 6 year old plays tony hawk with me, haha.
Were you into armada or are you still? Or just for the minis? The game is fun. It’s a game I would always play at someone else’s house but I do not want to own.
How do you like eclipse? I really like it but mostly at 4+ players.

Dude me and my buddies played the crap out of those games when we were kids, the moves you could pull off were insane!! Countless hours put into those games, really brings back memories. That's so cool your kid now plays with you, teaching em right haha.
I am still into Armada, definitely one of those games that I'd like to play more, but which game isn't like that right. It's just with Armada it's even less frequent just based on the style of it, so if the wife, stepson or buddies do play a game, it's usually something else. But I'd really like to find some way to play more, whether some sort of game store meetup, TTS, stuff like that. lol Definitely expensive to own.
Haven't played Eclipse yet, but I'm hoping to change that next weekend. I'm heading to my buddies house, and I'm going to bring it a long. And I'm hoping to get a 3 player game in the books. Really excited about it though man, I bought it because I love the theme, the whole space ship supremacy type stuff, big battles, looks to be right up my alley. So if it happens, I'll let you know. I'm still hoping it will be fine at 3 players though.
@@BrewsandBoardgames I’ve played eclipse at 2 and it’s still fun. I just really enjoyed the conflict more when the board was more full. I hope you get to try it, I think it’s a really good game.
@@roofustheman Yea that makes sense. I don't get to play games at high play counts too often, but I really want to to add to the chaos. And if that means more combat and more interesting combat, that sounds more appealing. But I'll try to give it a play and if I do I'll let you know dude.
