    I own one of these and so far I have no complaints. It’s a monster climbing hills and rocks as well. Does good flying down the trails to. I didn’t have any issues with front 4x4 but I did recently put a
    Try-Lok on it from HD Extreme 4x4 to improve the signal going to the front differential. I really like this machine!!!!

    There 21 model in blue is really nice. The mapping in the lower gearing alone is awesome. Polaris knocked this model out of the park!

    Great videos man. Very cool you are in PA aswell. I am selling both of my 2020 Honda 520 Rubicon Deluxes bc they won't shift into any gear and they are not driveable. There is no fix either (according to Honda Canada)...😕 I am getting a 2021 Can-Am Outlander 850 next month. Your Outlander video really helped pull me over the fence to buy an Outlander.

    The polaris front is most certainly fully locked; it just does not engage until there is slight rear wheel slipage. It is not magic it is 100% mechanical and simple. The front end gear ration is slightly higher than the rear. Thus the front can go faster than the rear but never slower. The front is not pulling until the rear starts to lose traction but when it does pull it pulls both front wheels evenly.

    • @SpeedingMedia
      @SpeedingMedia  Před 3 lety

      That's actually not completely accurate. The front end utilizes an electro-magnet to engage, so it isn't 100% mechanical. Also...other manufacturers market their 4wd systems against Polaris because of Polaris' inability to keep the front end fully locked. Here's Yamaha's take on it: czcams.com/video/h4juqvCvjpw/video.html

    I'm trying to decide between the RZR XP 1000 Premium (non-turbo) and the Trails and Rocks edition. Do you have any experience with the regular model? Which would you recommend?

    • @SpeedingMedia
      @SpeedingMedia  Před 3 lety

      I definitely have experience with both. If you plan to rock crawl....buy the RC. If you don't....then it doesn't make sense to have an RC.

    thoughts on the tires after a year?

    • @SpeedingMedia
      @SpeedingMedia  Před 2 lety

      They provide decent grip. However, we did puncture the right front from a rock impact. The hit was pretty severe, but I have hit numerous other tires in the exact same spot without a puncture. The tires aren't bad for stock...but I think there are several others out there that would be tougher.

    • @SpeedingMedia
      @SpeedingMedia  Před 2 lety

      @@tyrelthibault5264 There's some truth to that. I never felt the RZR is down on power. I'd sacrifice a bit more power for more puncture resistance. This puncture messed up our day. It took about 6-8 plugs to get it to "almost" stop leaking. Got us through the day...but needed to air it up because I never could totally get it to seal. I eventually had it vulcanized to repair the leak.

    • @SpeedingMedia

      4 seater would be too long to rock crawl. It would be high centered far too often.

      @addisonestes1219 Před 3 lety

      @@SpeedingMedia I would agree if only used for rock crawling. But it’s name is rocks and trails. A happy medium. Most rock crawlers have a wheel base closer to that of a 4 seater than a 2 seater.
