@@killap3nguin He was 6'1" and 161 lbs at the time of his american record. Over the years, due to Injury and performance decline he did gain weight. On his 25 km run of 1:16:43 . I believe he was around 165-170 lbs. Regardless, he'll always be a legend❤️

3:35/12:55/26:59- this guy was good and still young (34) . I guess the marathon wasnt his thing?
Sadly, His weight caught up to him. He did 25 km in 1:16:43 that would be a 2:09 Marathon if he held it another 17 km. His Body was naturally more heavier than an average Distance Runner. So he peaked at 160-165 lbs. Any Lighter and he might've shaved off Muscle. Regardless, He'll forever be a legend for taking on a distance that didn't suit his physiology and succeeding. Long live Solinsky❤️.

The gators with Parrish, Clark, Logan-Hines, Garcia, etc (all Florida talent) made it to nationals and actually ran well.
