@Steven_Z_KILLER you've probably already been told but Kesha the pop star voiced That character. There were major legal issues regarding her singing so a different singer did the song, Kesha just did the voice.
Queen Bee is a fine example of outgoing, free-spirited, and not at all fake. Since Loona has been pretty much an introvert nearly all her life, she needs a friend like Bee.
Unironically I wish I had a friend like her-- if nothing else, just to have someone to make sure I'm not getting fucked up on the wrong stuff lol.

If I remember correctly, in episode 7 Blitzo found a note on Loona's door that Tex invited her to a party... When you were thinking about Queen Bee being Tex's GF - remember the spring break episode? Before leaving Tex said "My girlfried throws crazy hound parties, maybe you should come along to one of them"
That's exactly what I thought about when she started preforming I was just like "THAT is Texs GF!!! NO WAY"
Tex is one lucky man if he's dating one of the Seven Deadly Sins.
If you look closely, Bee actually looks concerned for Blitz once he beats her at the keg stand
Its clear no one actually beats her who does use her booze to drown their pain
After the joy of having Luna call him dad he goes back into his depressed mental state and she took notice
Honestly, Bee is my new favorite character in the show. She's one of the Seven Deadlies, clearly encourages gluttony and overindulging, but she is also a genuinely nice person who encourages Loona to have a good time and shows real concern when things get out of hand.
Sure, Bee is one of the highest-ranking demons in all of Hell, but she's also probably one of the kindest.
She straight-up threw the 'competition' after seeing how messed-up Blitzo was. She instantly threw away her pride to keep him from fucking himself up further.
I don't know why but that queen bee design reminds me of the old design of vivzipop because that design was going to be be for loona's design had changed a lot, her name was not going to be loona, it was going to be name Kesha and I think that the song of this episode is from bubblegum pop the same ones that were playing in Sticker and Stills episode and the song of this new song is cotton candy...I think
I think it’s a callback , Ke$ha actually voices Bee, so it may be a hint towards that being her artstyle while making music videos of her songs

15:54 Loona is the type of personality that needs to know someone there to feel comfortable coming out of their shell. Remember, she doesn’t have any friends until she meets Tex, she likely had a childish idea of maybe eventually ending up with him if she could be cooler than his girlfriend (total speculation) but then not only is his girlfriend freaking Beelzebub, her first interaction with her is to say something embarrassing. As she doesn’t know anyone else there and she’s now humiliated herself (in her opinion) she’s ready to give up as she feels she’ll be a wallflower compared to Bee. But her mood changes when another hellhound notices her and makes the first move, giving her a confidence boost to try again when she realizes she actually is welcome. Blitz being there and being popular also gives her a confidence boost because she knows he has her back and she can look cool by association.
TLDR: Loona sucks at making the first move at getting to know her peers, Blitzo’s friends approaching them gave her another chance.
You know what’s brilliant about this episode? Dogs are known to eat whatever food is placed in front of them. And once they start eating, they don’t know when to stop. So, it makes sense for the Queen of Gluttony, and her guests, to be dogs. Because they’re prone to overeating.
this episode was held back largely because of legal issues regarding Kesha, the voice of Beelzebub. she wrote the song, and was originally meant to perform it as well, but because of legal complications with Kesha's record label and legal team, they had to get another singer to do it.
the reason it took so long to resolve was because Kesha was already in the midst of a legal battle.
I remember thinking "No, that can't be Beelzebub!" over and over as soon as I saw her. Don't get me wrong, I actually LOVE her. The design is awesome, the voicework was amazing, I love it.
And I also remember Cartoon Universe making a video months ago about how Beelzebub enslaved the Hell Hounds. Yeeeeah... no. XD Party girl here ain't enslaving nobody except her guests' blood sugar levels.
Interestingly enough, vivzie said the 7 princes of hell are based off specific circus acts with lucifer being the troupe leader. Beelzebub is an animal trainer according to her. You acn see all the circus hoops around her home

I find it interesting that Queen Bee has limit's.
She is more then alright with most form's of partying but she does draw a line somewhere.
looking at her and loona, their design and attitudes are basically the opposite of eachother, one is bright and colorful the other is grey and white, one is extreamly extroverted while the other is introverted for the most part, even their eyes are inverted of eacother(loona with red irises and white pupils and the other with white irises and red pupils)
Ke$ha’s ex-producer settled his defamation lawsuit against her on Thursday, the fact that this episode came out two days later CAN’T be a coincidence.

also...the episode confirms 2 things
1. when Moxxie said "more than Beelze loves her Bub" well theorists were right, that was a hint that Beelzebub is a woman
2. Belphegor is also not a prince, more so a princess
The person who was singing is Kesha, she also hadsung in the "Die Young" music video for Viv and the characters on this video are a very close resemblence to the characters in Die Young

Actually she didn’t sing the die young song for vizzipop… vizzi used the original and modified it a bit
Yeah, Kesha did the voice but due to her current legal troubles with her record label they couldn’t use her for the song. So while Kesha wrote the song, it is sung by Rochelle Diamante to get around copywrite. (Since the current contract says the record label owns anything Kesha sings, but both Kesha and Spindlehorse/Vizziepop didn’t want/couldn’t afford them to get a percentage of royalties from this independently produced show.)
You know I honestly expected Queen Bee to be a jerk considering how many awful people we’ve met in this series, but damn, she’s a cool gal! I’d go to one of her house parties XD
As far as the continuation of what happened at Ozzie’s, I feel really bad for Blitz, I honestly also feel like after that event at Ozzies and Stolas was back to being lovey dovey and what not with Blitz, I feel like that was him in denial of Blitz never loving him, idk, random theory, that even after all the insults he’s just in denial, I hope things go well for Blitz continuing on, hope we see more of Bee too

Yep Beelzebub is a demon on the same level as Asmodeus both being 2 of the 7 princes of hell or princess for Beelzebub
Beelzebub is also another name for the devil. Demonology is very inconsistent. But if i had to scale, id say Beelzebub is probably of the if not the most powerful of the seven. Probably close to lucifer as he was once worshipped as a god, and he was just overall a more feared demon.
So each ring has there own ruler like in this episode it’s Gluttony and the ruler is Bee or Beelzebub

I mean I think the reason Loona was upset and wanted to leave was because she felt like she wasn't really getting along with anyone at the party and no one wanted to spend time around her. She did say she wanted to make friends, so someone actually coming up to her and showing interest would probably be a big thing for her. Especially when she isn't very good at approaching other people.
Honestly tho Bee is sucha cool person like its hard to hate her honestly! Id love to attend one of her parties!
If you want to know the legal issues about the episode was the singer and voice of Queen Bee. She is voiced by Kesha who is a professional singer so there would be many complications on getting a celebrity to be in your show
So the reason this episode came out so late is due to the fact that Kesha (yes, THAT kesha) was in a lawsuit against her old manager for the rights to her songs and due to the fact that she wrote cotton candy, that was one of the songs she got back about two days before the episode went live.
I agree with the weird tonal change in lona, I think it would have made more sense for Blizo to have shown up playing the concerned dad role and taken Luna home and she convinces him to stay.
It did seem a little quick of a turnaround but a big part of why she was leaving was because she didn’t feel like anyone actually wanted her to be there, aside from Tex. And Tex introducing her to his girlfriend definitely hurt her feelings, but when the hound with the skull on his shirt hit on her, she realized she didn’t have to hang out with just Tex and his girlfriend. I definitely feel like there was a part/few frames missing from that scene of her changing her mind that would’ve made it feel more natural and less jarring

It’s amazing going through these reactions and seeing who gets Loona’s actions and who doesn’t.
See, to me, a person who had very much the same situation happen (invited, talked to people that made fun of me, then met the person dating the person I wanted to date), it was exactly that same response: go home, I don’t fit in here. Cry about it a little because I felt like I just went there to hurt myself. Then somebody invited me back in, someone I didn’t know and seemed to want to get to know me, and then I tried again. I had fun, made new acquaintances, moved on from that bad experience.
Loona makes perfect sense to me ^^
The reason why they couldn’t get this episode out till now was because of kesha’s old studio she signed a contract with at 18 years old. They had rights over the cotton candy song and stopped the episode from releasing and kesha sued them for some not so good allegations from the “Me too” movement.
Idk if anyone’s already put this but kesha had a rlly abusive manager and wouldn’t let her sing for the song
Kesha didn't sing for that reason, she only did the voice of the character. That's what all the legal trouble was about unfortunately.

@hanon2012 Yeah, Bee or fly was a given. Hound makes from some interesting dynamics and theories for the show. It's possible the imps look a lot like Satan, and the hounds look like Bee-lzebub, but both species are at the bottom of the hierarchy. Why is that when they look just like two different deadly sin royalty, aka the highest on the Hell hierarchy under Lucifer and his family.
@@The-Rguy I'm pretty sure she isn't an hybrid, simply she can change her appearance as she want. As you notice, when she is angry with Loona her appearance starts to change, even if it stops almost immediately. In my opinion, she chose to have that form to be closer to Vortex

Queen Bee, also known as Beelzebub the Queen of Gluttony, of course I don’t believe her name is Beelzebub but just to give an idea. She did say it, “Queen Bee of Gluttony”. And if you didn’t catch that part, she did say she knew the queen of sloth, and has met satan and sees him as a brother.
Her name is indeed beelzebub. Said so in the credits
So, this episode was actually just meant to be a party to celebrate the finale of season 1. So not much was to be expected.

You are right, there were some issues, meaning Kesha was supposed to be the singer, but somethings didnt work out, they had to find a different singer which closely could match Kesha her singing voice.

If you payed attention at the end of episode 7 you’d see Blitz read Loona’s note about Tex inviting her to a party.
So far the only female deadly princes are bee and belphegor.
Possibly, we still haven't seen Leviathan, so who knows. I never thought Belphegore would be female, but Viv managed to surprise everyone

Maybe Verosika introduced them to each other. Tex is a good looking strong hellhound with a good charisma and confidence. And maybe he treated her as a normal person, not like a big demon, which is impressive for some famous/powerful person (if you know RWBY, Phyrra, and Jaune came to mind)

Queen Bee is Beelzebub, the biblical ruler of the ring of Gluttony. In the Helluva Boss/Hazbin Hotel universe, Beelzebub is both a woman and has a bee motiff instead of a fly like in the bible.
They held it back because they weee trying to get Kesha to voice beezlebub
This is heaven for the furry community
It's also a great representative of those hybrid, colorful furry phases

I am learning to be more confident with desicions and my own look, having a friend like Bee sure must be a blessing. In Spring Broken, Tex was acting as Verosika's bodyguard and took it seriously. Sure, he socialized with Loona, but he was still focused on his job.
In this episode, Tex isn't doing any jobs. He's there to have fun and thus is letting his true self show.
