I have experienced the tissue torn because mostly I did gym without warmup... End up in the tissue turn in my neck spine called collar bone(cervical spine) tissue. Even though my coach started from warmup I didnt follow, because I felt that's not going to help me in reducing weight.... Please follow his instructions.
