Brilliant video, thanks for sharing! honestly the variety of box styles is so vast! and you have picked out the the most popular ones to demonstrate. The box that seals itself is widely known also as a crash lock box, it still makes sense though however you say it. my personal favourite, 5 panel wrap the 0409 for e-commerce I think looks the best

I am also a worker at a box plant. Nice video. I make auto bottom and tuck bottom boxes on my machine. I recently started doing design work now with artios cad and a kongsberg sample table. Box designs are endless!

for the ecommerce mailer (or "top tuck mailer") that you show, how should someone ship that? should all slits be taped? or just the tuck front part? AND if I want the contents inside to be secure from water exposure, should I put a poly mailer around the tuck box, or should I waterproof the item itself inside with a sealable bag?
onebreath _ I was thinking about this too for my products. I found 2 options...poly wrap and kraft poly. Both are waterproof and you can maybe wrap your box with it and it won’t make it much heavier or bigger. :)

And the product has tetra packaging.
Self locking box of high strength is suitable with lamination on it to make resistant to water
To keep your product safe use some tray or pack it in pvc polybag

You would use bubble envelope mailers for that, not boxes.

Do you need to tape up mailer boxes for shipping?
Mailer boxes can be assembled without tape, but they do need a label/tape along the front edge for tamper protection in shipping.
Hi Lumi, Can you pleas let me know what is the meaning of : B Flute, A5 + 350 gsm CCNB, W5A , Double wall B flute K=K; Are these Chinese paper board terminology using A5m W5A, K=K ? is there any details/standards available to understand these coding or the paper combination to use against these codes ?
