- Kinda hyped for the upcoming new Budokai Tenkaichi game (Sparking Zero), really hoping it's even half as good as this one. Anyway I've seen some videos popping of this game, but I haven't seen many videos of Frieza Soldier gameplay, probably because he's one of those characters that's a bit difficult to use to his fullest potential.

Given the black dots all over Cell's body...I don't know those look suspiciously like those of Appule
And thats when cell realized he was not dealing with the average Frieza Warrior anymore. He was in fact dealing with a Super Frieza Warrior

Man just took a nap in the middle of a fight and got away with it, goku and the others are lucky this guy didn't show up in tournament of power, truly one of the characters of all time.
This just shows that things are not over until they are over.

The funny thing is that this random Frieza soldier isn't even near the weakest character in the game since he could solo all the og DB characters and also mr satan and videl.
In universe Mr Satan is fr a lot weaker than the frieza soldier but in BT3 Mr satan might be stronger than the frieza soldier. Mr satan has a better ultimate that’s a lot easier to connect and he has present bomb which is a super underrated special attack, so idk you could make the case for him.
@@lucasbaum2228 Because Frieza Soldier can fly and teleport? Oh and use Ki. That does make him better than Mr. Satan in terms of skills and what the character can do, when pitted against each other. However, you're right about one thing: Mr. Satan can beat Frieza Soldier. Hell, he can beat Hildegarn or any Oozaru form Saiyan. I saw it happen. That's the mystical wonder that is Budokai Tenkaichi 3. It's a fun sandbox that has many kinds of outcomes and quirks.
@@lucasbaum2228 Yeah I agree. Ingame, Cheese with present bomb does make Mr.Satan easier to use compared to Frieza Soldier or someone like Guldo even. Unless of course you're fighting a giant in which the move doesn't work. The slow movement speed on Soldier and massive openings in his attacks do make things quite tough for him. "Full power charge" blast 1 for 1 cost is probably the biggest boon he has.
He's canonically stronger than them, but in-game, he is the worst character. He's super slow despite being average size, has too much lag on his basic moves, supers can and will miss if launched immediately after a throw (as shown in video) and only his Ultimate has enough power to deal any significant damage. Videl has no beam type Supers and can't use Vanishing attack but still has a superior moveset and is easier to use than the Frieza Soldier.

It's kind of insane that Freeza Soldier managed to pull this off while they were sleep deprived for 2000 hours and at 88 galaxies away, but it shows you the first tiny figments of the convolution of their real power indeed: until the bug guy, also known as Cell it seems, first powered up, the astral projection of Freeza Soldier was utterly destroying him with ease. All that changed when the bio-android used all his 100%, it's true, but it took no more than a 6 second nap for the projection to almost completely disintegrate that insectoid fella.
Surprisingly, a tiny nucleus survived and the also so called "perfect life form" came back perfecterier and with his power perfectetested, which throw the balance back again in his favour. Or so he thought, as Freeza Soldier finally managed to close the distance, quite literally, arriving physically at last and running past their enemy, almost killing him again due to mere speed.
That devious bug guy thought he could manage some sneak attacks thanks to his cheeky regeneration shenanigans, but Freeza Soldier was fed up, mostly because their 6 second nap was interrupted, and decided it was time to send a greeting in the form of a tiny blast. Sadly for Cell, that was about 2555 times stronger than what he could handle, and died horribly.
its really fun using his really tiny beam against things like father son kamehameha, spirit bomb and super nova's and he pushes them back

I always loved the fact in these games when cell takes damage its not perfect cell you hear but 1st form cell.

It's an old mod that restored the japanese version music. I looked it up ages ago because I'm not a big fan of the international soundtrack in BT3.
@@Expa0 I USED TO HAVE THIS YEEAARRSS AGO!! i legit just thought the music was suppose to be like this, but when i got an actual copy instead of a downloaded one I heard the music that replaced it and was... VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least.

I didnt discover the action SLEEP until today when I played it again myself. Grandpa Gohan also has it. Does it actually do anything or is it just a gag?
It does heal you for a 1 full bar of health and restore your KI if it goes through all the way. Landing it against a human opponent who knows what they're doing seems pretty unlikely, it can work against the dumb AI though in a pinch.
