  • In today’s digital, AI, electronically controlled world, there’s still room for doing things the old-fashioned way. Not for nostalgia’s sake, but because it flat out works. And in some cases, works better. A selection of open-reed and closed-reed calls on an easy-to-access lanyard (knowing when and how to use them) can be the difference maker on any coyote-calling set. We bring coyote hunting guru, Dustin Butler, back on to talk about the importance of hand calls and what makes them so great!

I remember a podcast where Ryan said he was going to build a 16" tikka for hunting. Could you guys do a podcast geared towards rifle/cartridge combinations that lend themselves to short barrels without sacrificing terminal performance, trajectory, recoil, etc.?

I'd like to get opinions on the electronic calls automated decoy. Mine has what looks like a fluffy tail and one that looks like a blackbird. I would like to know the when, where, and how to use them.
    Always a great show, thanks!

Well, in Florida (at least), electric and recorded calls are illegal to use! Hand and mouth are required if you want to call at all.
