I don't like long videos, more than 30 minutes, but this man can make a 24-hour video and I would listen to it non-stop if I could, because it conveys peace, bravery, courage, strength to move forward and never give up.

Fear is a tool. It is a part of existing.
You can’t eliminate fear completely, if you do that you won’t live long.
The thing to remember is fear is a caution sign, not a steering wheel.

i spent 15 years in a weak mind believing in had crohns disease and believing in a wrong diagnosis although i had symptoms of the after math of a bacterial infection that i got from county jail i spent 15 years fighting my mind of what i believe and after another doctors shows me how i was IL-dignosed in that moment and from that moment i have learned in the last year so much about the life we life and the power of the mind i manifested hemorrhoids and stomach cramps and rectal fissures i believed so strongly in something i didn't have that the present did come down the chimney for 15 years i seen Santa clause in the form, of a sickness and now i have spent the last year understand life in a completely different way i hope to share a better life one day and i know that day is coming i love you all and send so much love to everyone there this is me stepping out because i fear my position in this life but now i know i dont have to be anything but me so this is me facing my fear
