Tried everything from reset to reflashing, but my on my sick it shows "WiFi network refused this connection" every single time, while connecting to my android phone as a WiFi hotspot works just fine, so I'm sure the problem is with my router rather than with my TV stick, and considering that it's with my router and I have no time to debug, I called it a day and stopped tying until later time.
I have same issue, how u fixed ?

In the router wifi settings, set the "Protected Management Frames" to disabled.
What happens when it says its connected to the wifi, even says it's "saved' network, but still isn't connected? It kicks me out like I"m typing the wrong pw, but it's not. I thought this was an issue with my new internet connection, but the rest of my devices connect.
You can press show password to make sure you are entering the right one with upper and lower cases. Adjust tome and location

My BOSS TV box has suddenly not connected to the internet since the beginning of this month! I bought the box about two years ago. I cannot watch any live or movie channels. The message says, "Cannot connect to the server. Please check your internet connection." But my Android TV, computers, and other devices are all working well with my home NBN internet connection. Please let me know what is going on.

If your Box has an ethernet port, connect an ethernet cable from router to the Box and update the box manually and remove any unecessary apps, remove the cable and try wifi. Adjusting the date and time and location can also help.
This would be helpful if my Android box would let me even open settings but in my case when I click on settings box freeze. It was working normally on wifi but recently only if I connect with LAN cable directly to the router. I don't know what is wrong and how it can be fixed so it works again on wifi. Does anybody have a clue?
Hi, check if there is a reset button on your Box, It's tiny and it says (reset), get a paper clip and reset your Box. You will have to set it up again. I will have to make a video on that one, thanks.
@AmZeeeL Reset button on Android box or on Router box? I tried reset button on the router box but still can't open settings on Android box. Before worked just over wifi and for some reason can't anymore.

In my case with a Greva box, it wouldn't accept correct Wifi password. So I just skipped that and moved on to main screen after selecting my Region. Went to a movie icon that was there and clicked on it. Needed to download Netflix app. Hit that and it downloaded. So obviously wifi was working in spite of it saying trouble connecting. Weird beginning.
It happens. It's a frozen case, you just need to restart your Box. New boxes do not have new updates, may be kept in a box for a long time. It's better to connect an ethernet cable, run a wired connection , run updates before you connect to wifi.

I use A95X F4. My box have problem its auto turned on airplane mode and i can turn it off. Can you help me how to turn it off?
Hi, the only option you have is to reset your Box to factory defaults, go to Settings and look for RESET. Or if your Box has a reset slot, it's a little hole where it says reset, you can use a paperclip to reset your Box, you will have to set up again after the reset

My box will only connect to my mobile hotspot. Which is connected to my wifi that tge box recognises but won't connect to. Says 'couldn't find'
Try to connect again and restart your Box. Connect an ethernet cable and update your Box. Adjust time and zone, Try to connect your Box to your mobile hotspot (from mobile data)
Hi. my box can detect networks, but it wouldn't connect to 5g network (network name detected). it could connect to 2g networks. Any idea ?
Normally an Android Box should connect to any wifi network, restart your router and try again. Make sure your Box is close to the router
Same with me. Box is defective. My other one works just find. One out of 2

I agree, If some apps have expired in your TV, you will not get them back after reset. You can reset your TV if necessary, that's the last resort.
When I go to settings, and then network, the network on my launcher looks inactive.
When you click on it, it doesn't respond.

My problem is that the box will connect to personal hotspot from my phone but just won't connect to wifi. Shows all the networks but just won't connect. Tried everything that your videos shows but just can't get it to connect.I also used an ethernet wire and still won't connect.
Check if your wifi is within the range. Try your Box close to your wifi router or use an enthernet cable from your router to your Box and update your Box first

My Wi-Fi just says saved and not connected. It doesn’t want to connect to the Wi-Fi. Just keeps saying saved, and starts connecting, saved etc and we tried other routers, same thing

@@AmZeeel so I did try it but it doesn’t give me factory reset options. It just like switches on and off. If I press reboot for long, it reboots into safe mode and still the problem remains?. Should I just do a return ?

Hi, yes you mean wifi is grayed out. It's preferable to reset your Box in Settings - preferences and set it up again. That will fix the problem
hello, please if you can help me with my current problem, my wifi requires a log in page after entering the password, and it is now showing on my tv what should i do to fix it , the wifi shows disabled instead of connected cause it needs the log in page credentials
You don't need a log in after you connect to a regular Android Box. I don't know what that is. If it's a TV subscription, you will need to enter your credentials
What about if the wifi is not range all wifi is not range how to solve it

You try your Box close to the wifi router. You can try wired connection, it's more reliable.
Wifi not in range has to do with your wifi router and internet speed. These are a few fixes that can help:
a- Change your Router if you can, use a long range one.
b- don't Hide Your Router, avoid any obstructions
c- Buy a WiFi Extender
d- Check for Router Updates
Just ensure date and time is correct

Go to settings and update date and time manually, turn off automatic date. Update also your zone or country.

My box and other devices working fine at home WiFi, I went to a hotel all my devices connected to hotels WiFi but android box cannot... Why?? I tried everything.
I can't tell you, there are a lot of restrictions in hotels. Check if HDMI is working

Hi, some boxes are very slow on wifi, I suggest you connect an ethernet cable from your wifi router to the Box to do that, better

My box won't even let me navigate,,soon as I try anything it just cuts off
It's due either to hardware issue and needs, in this case it needs service. You can also try another HDMI cable and another power adaptor, the box may be is not getting enough power to stay on.
For me there isn’t even an option for WIFI, only ethernet. Anyone know a fix

Hi, do not connect too many devices to your wifi at home. Restart your wifi router and your Box. Always a long range wifi router for streaming. You need to have enough speed to stream TV

You're not entering the correct password. Tick the box to view your password to make sure you enter the correct one. Upper cases are important.

@spinflipz9683 no I didn't. But I found out that certain wifi carriers just don't provide wifi to the box. Which internet provider do you have?

So basically I got a broken box
No sometimes the box is absolutely fine but still it didn't find wifi. And at certain instances you see it is working fine like there was not any issue in the 1st place

Did you figure out the problem. Mine is doing the same thing. I turn on the WiFi and it doesn't show any available routers and when I back out of the screen it switches off. Like he said in the video probably a bad WiFi card. I have to connect an Ethernet to get Internet service
