    We are unboxing the brand new Kawai CA-59. There are some assembly that needs to be done, but it's very simple. We recommend being two people at the assembly, because of the heavy weight of the cabinet itself.
    All you need is a screwdriver, and that's it.
    Kawai CA-59 is an amazing entry/mid-range digital piano with wooden keys and SK-EX rendering.

    Which one do you recommended Yamaha CLP 745 or Kawai CA 59? Which one has better key action.?
    Thank you for your videos helpful.

      Aluthge D it is not my job to party with either one of them. I think there is plenty on the interwebs. :-)
      But what I will say is, that they both work hard to make the best digital piano possible. Kawai with their wooden keyboard action, Yamaha with CFX/Bösendorfer samples. They really have their own unique sound and action. You should try them out :-)

      I can see it is on 1/2 volume. If it is default mode, this sound is SK-EX and normal piano technician(sound setting).

    Very good Sound!! I have humble question?
    What's your opinion about CA 59 vs CA 78?
    Which is better & Why?
    Thank you..

      Hi there RJ
      CA-59 is of course the newest product from Kawai and has gotten some great upgrades compared to the old CA-58. But when comparing CA-59 vs CA-78 there are some clear differences. The speaker system in the CA-78 is splendid, with a total of 6 speakers which gives a very deep and natural sounding bass especially. The CA-59, has some newer samples though and therefore has a better clear sound, when compared I would say. But it is really hard to tell. If you were to get a good offer on a CA-78 where the price would match the CA-59 then yes I would go for the CA-78, but I don't think that is possible due to the fact that the CA-78 is sold out and it would then have to be second hand.

      @@Digitalpianocom I think you should have in first instance mentioned that the CA78 comes with the Kawai Grand Feel III action. Whilst the 49/59 Grand Feel Compact is great, the CA78 action is superior and the real differentiator here. Its identical to the action in the CA99.

    Hey guys - can you please tell me if I'm crazy here. I have a CA59 and it comes with a headphone hook. It shows that it attaches via two screws to the left side under the keys. But I can't find any pre-drilled holes under there to screw into. Does your 59 have holes for the headphone hook to install?

    • @Digitalpianocom
      @Digitalpianocom  Pƙed 3 lety

      There are small pre-drilled holes, but they can be overlooked

    • @tbo2725
      @tbo2725 Pƙed 2 lety

      @Gemma Wood I found in the manual that it referenced the screws as "self tapping". Meaning they should work without pre-drilled holes. So, i took the risk and just screwed them into the wood underneath. Worked fine and nothing exploded. Just thought I'd let ya know!

    Kind of surprised it is made of particle board. What model do you have to reach to get real wood?

    • @Digitalpianocom

      A real wooden cabinet? Not so easy. I think the only one thet gets close to that idea, is the Roland KF-10 :-)
