We had to put a heavy guage wire along the top row of boards because the horses would back-up to the fence to scratch their ass and break the boards.
Haha, yeah I got some powerrope to string up on the top rail to keep them off the fence

Haha we're stringing one hot wire across the top rail to deter any butt scratching and chewing.
Looks great! How do you keep the horses from chewing on the wood? I like watching the horses play with the toys, rubber chickens and big balls.
This fence will have a power rope strung along the inside top rail to deter them from messing with the fence at all.
