CHAOS BEGINS! My First Day on the Gumball 3000 2022

- And we're off! Join me for the first day of the 2022 Gumball 3000 from Toronto to Miami; from crossing the start line, to entering the USA, a check-point in Detroit, and onwards to Indianapolis. Naturally, the chaos commences in a way that only Gumball can!
Ahead of us will be a rally of epic of proportions, but we get started with day one in Canada. After the cars have been parked out on Bay Street in Yorkville, we can have a look around the grid at everything lined up, including some extra additions since the registration. However, the first step is to head over to the main flag drop point at Yonge Dundas Square to get the action underway.
For the rally, we're team 150, driving in my Shelby GT500 which is now absolutely loaded up including my spare wheels, and all the merch from the gifting suite. It also happens to be appropriately noisy and crazy for the rally too!

Thanks for sharing the event and sad to see that a normal LA car meet has way nicer cars than the Gumball Rally. See so many Porsche C and Corvettes. Nothing against those cars but was hoping to see more exotic supercars in the biggest rally in the world.
It really gives a bit of perspective as to just how loud Damon's SVJ is considering you can still hear it over the other cars inside the GT500...while Tim is talking...🤣🤯

I’m pissed with myself. I live just north of Toronto and watch the Toronto News every night and didn’t have a clue this Rally was on and starting from Toronto. I’m happy to see that Toronto gave all the contestants a pretty decent send off with great crowds in attendance. I wish you well and safe travels.
