You are right about the GEL LIKE texture when you wet these brushes. Great so now I have ANOTHER line of products to get! That scent sounds fantastic! If only Douglas would recreate Cremo's Distillers Blend scent line, I'd be in scent heaven. You know what I might just send PAA an email about that😁 Great video Mark! PAA is just a remarkable company.

Rick, as I mentioned, my hunch is some will get more of the chocolate scent, others will pick up the bourbon depending on which is more favored.
I think this afternoon at happy hour, I'll have a piece of chocolate with my Buffalo Trace bourbon!! Sounds like a great combo!!

Great Shave, Great Video. That seems like a great shave soap with a great scent I love the colour in the tub, definitely one for the to try list. Also I love the StarCraft brush I’m currently waiting on the Star Wisp brush and Planet Java Hive CK-6 shave soap I think it’ll be great for my Monday morning shave before I sit down with a nice cup of coffee to watch the MMMB with the honey & coffee notes
Robert, the color is neat and pretty cool how it moves from a dark to light color when you start building the lather. The Starcraft is a wonderful brush for face lathering. I enjoy the Star Wisp. Love the handle. It has a great 'notch-like" feel in the hand. That groove in the base of the handle allows the fingers to comfortably fit in snuggly.
Never tried chocolate bourbon. The StarCraft is one of my favorites. This week I’ve been using the Peregrino with St Martins Land. Just outstanding and a very robust scent.
Steve, the Starcraft is a terrific brush for face lathering. 👍

@@MarkSzorady It's quite gentlemanly and has some leather and pleasing pipe tobacco and a few other notes that I can't really pick up on. I have it in CK6 and it's wonderful. If you like those kinds of scents, it's definitely worth picking up a tub! 😀

Mate cavendish by Paa is great, however I would recommend entropy man by wholly kaw, it’s an amazing pipe tobacco scent
@@87licorice I've tried a couple samples from Wholly Kaw, but I can't really say that I'm a fan of their soap base or their scents. Not saying they're bad, they're clearly not, just not my cup of tea.
