Itto could legit fit in every single category, he's constantly in ER, falls off cliffs while searching for onikabuto, breaks his hip doing chores for other people for quick money, got into some serious situation in one of those jobs and had an accident, got distracted while cooking and almost chopped his whole hand off, tried to one up yoimiya and blew something up he shouldn't have, heard a spooky story about a sickness and gets paranoid so he gets a tummy ache due to stress and that makes him even more freaked out, made a stupid bet about pulling all nighters or did something really stupid that exauted him and he bonked his head when he passed out, accidentally ate beans, accidentally stepped inside the wrong property and their guard dog bit his leg, accidentally drank really strong alcohol all in one go and almost died, got shot by a stray arrow and refuses to say it hurts like hell because of both his pride and that he doesn't want those who accidentally shot him to feel any worse about it

I think Alhaitham mentioned something in his voicelines about medical treatments being free in Sumeru. Specifically, about how stupid Kaveh was for believing someone about needing charity donations in Sumeru where healthcare is free.
Many characters in Sumeru have mentioned medicine is expensive, like in Cyno's quest and in Dori's backstory. Maybe checkups and the identifying process are free, but prescriptions definitely aren't.

Honestly, with Dori’s backstory, I honestly feel like she would go to the ER for the little things, since she’s made sure she always has the means to take care of herself and her loved ones (I know she isn’t a popular character by any means, but being oh too familiar with the medical system in my country, her story definitely struck a cord with me).
My comments on this...According to Yelan's profile she apparently goes to the ER equivalent all the time and is almost freakishly into getting stitched back up after a mission goes bad, but she tends to go in disguise so the staff don't recognize her even though she's a regular. Also, totally agree Keqin going to the ER at the slightest upset stomach. Someone like her is not waiting a second at the first symptom and risking being off work for a week or more.
Headcanon: Xinyan wanted some extra oomph in her concert, so she calls in Yoimiya and Klee. They went a bit overboard. And by “a bit,” I mean Klee and Yoimiya attempted to manufacture a small thermonuclear missile. The only reason why it stayed as an attempt was because Yoimiya spread the word to some of the kids in Liyue, who then informed Ningguang, who then stepped in because something like this would probably make Zhongli come out of retirement.
Bennet definitely has a permanent spot in the ER (Emergency Room) and the doctors and nurses are more concerned when he doesn’t show up at this point. Poor Benny 😢

Yah the only way he ever gets hurt on the job is by Xingqiu’s “pranks.” Basically a direct quote from one of his character stories, “oops you fell into a pit that I totally didn’t set up and nearly died, well I guess I’ll take you to the hospital because I’m oh so chivalrous, but you’ll owe me for deigning to assist you.” The only way Chongyun will likely ever see an evil spirit is if XQ gets his hands on some Fontaine tech and uses a projector to shine some ghastly images around to lead him to fall into said previous pit. Or if yk Xingqiu dies, I can see him trying to overcome whatever energy Chongyun has to torment his favorite plaything from beyond the grave. yelan actually LOVES going to the ER. in one of ger lore bits we learn she regularly goes into the ER in diffrent outfits to get stitched up and refuses to take pain meds because its heavily implied she loves the pain.
in my headcanon aether is definitely the type to break his arm falling off a cliff and be like "no im fine lets just finish this quest" and paimon literally has to drag him by his scarf to the nearest ER/healer
he would also be the type to go the er for a broken arm or something and find out he has internal bleeding, food poisoning, extreme dehydration, a concussion, deadly bug bites, and multiple symptoms of ptsd

Adding on Baizhu as frequent trips to the ER and Qiqi with him because while individually they would maybe not go that frequently together with all the pick ups they have to do they're well known at the local hospital. Also pharmacy money can probably(hopefully) cover medical bills and paying to have Qiqi unburied.
