I always find it funny how people are always surprised by what Daemon does in this episode, like the show hasn’t shown us what Daemon is all about
It makes me laugh when i see women defending him and also people who pretend to be team women
well when even actors disliked that and didn’t understand it it says something plus showrunner later saying how he added it for pure shock value
He’s by far the best character in this show lmao
Rhaenyra was going to allow Daemon and his knights to attack Otto and his people until he gave her that teared page of a book (from episode 1), and it reminded her of her love for Alicent. That's why she hesitated and basically told them she "Would think about it"

Season 2 will be wild and full on war.

Facts:
1. In episode 6, you might have heard that Aegon has his own dragon, Sunfire. He is considered the most beautiful dragon in history, and he will be shown in season 2. Remember when Daemon stole the egg that Rhaenyra wanted to put in her dead brother's cradle? The egg was gold, and the color of Sunfire is gold. Perhaps it was Rhaenyra who gave Aegon his dragon)
2. There is an old lord among Rhaenyra's advisors who wants to actively use dragons. This is Bartimos Celtigar, lord of a small island near Dragonstone. According to canon, the Celtigars are the third Valyrian house to survive after the Doom of Valyria. They didn't have dragons, but they also had white hair. It is unknown if the Celtigars are Valyrians in the show. The coat of arms of the Celtigars are crabs.
3. The Baratheons are a very young house. Their founder was Orys Baratheon, the bastard brother of Aegon the Conqueror. Before the Baratheons, the Stormlands were ruled by kings from the Durrandon dynasty.
4. Rhaenys Targaryen's mother was Lady Jocelyn Baratheon. According to canon, Rhaenys has black hair because of this.
5. Rhaenyra's mother was of House Arryn. That being said, Rhaenyra's grandmother was a princess from House Targaryen, so her mother had white hair.
6. After Luke's death, Aemond earned the nickname "The Kinslayer."

I wouldn’t say Aemond is a full psycho at this point, he wanted scare Luke bc when someone takes your eye , you tend to hate them forever and well luke’s dragon spits fore on vhagar and they both lost control “ Dragons aren’t slaves “ , they listen to you for the most part but will sometimes act on their own volition.
