The only reason why the men get more heart attacks & strokes, is because men don't like regular check ups. So there are not aware of their status. While the women are more aware of their surrounding and health, so naturally they will seek medical assistance. Otherwise stress is equally existence in both men or women.

He makes some very valid points but he is banding around stress and mental health (the two are not necessarily the same or even connected)
Stress is normal part of life (think of the days leading up to exams as a student or the school fees stress for parents in January). It is just the level of stress and how we manage it individually, as immigrant communities we sort of internalise stress levels as hard work, but there are people who are able to manage their stress through well regimented self care, wellness, rest, exercise, good nutrition etc We can’t generalise that all of the “U.K.” is stressed

But Simon as a lawyer should know that noone can confiscate your land as a foreigner because of the right to own property. It can be converted to leasehold if need be and the land will remain yours. Also, Simon should know that a Ugandan holding a foreign passports can in law still hold mailo and freehold land title, if the ownership preceded the acquisition of the foreign passport!

These are granted by Court for the person they're given to act in the Best interests of the donor (giver of that authority), usually because of absence, incapacity, such reasons so, contrary to the view Kanso is giving, usually/normally it is a matter of absolute necessity rather than exercising choices at free will.
